Fans have witnessed a large number of tsutsuki aliens released upon Earth in the Naruto and Boruto legends. Fortunately, when they were still teenagers, Sakura, Naruto, and Sasuke were able to drive Kaguya away, while Toneri, Urashiki, Kinshiki, and now Momoshiki, who is attempting to control Boruto, were defeated when the heroes grew older and had children. Kawaki is now free with his altered form because Isshiki's plot to drain the planet of its chakra was also abandoned.

But there's more to these aliens than meets the eye, as Sasuke has long believed. Boruto throws a huge bombshell in Chapter #75 when he introduces the most lethal member of the tribe. And make no mistake, this Ōtsutsuki warrior has changed the story in a huge way, hinting at a savage war to come.

When Naruto, Shikamaru and Co. press Amado on the robots he made for Isshiki, he admits he transplanted DNA from a dead Ōtsutsuki into them. This being was none other than Shibai, who scoured the galaxy for millennia, devouring planets' chakra via the God Tree and Ten Tails. He'd then use the Karma mark to be reborn repeatedly, continuing the eating pattern.

His deceased frame is where Amado and Isshiki got the mark from, hoping Kawaki could transform into Isshiki. Ironically, it's what Momoshiki used, thinking he'd rewrite Boruto. As for Shibai's power, he deployed shinjutsu, creating storms without hand seals. He could even call down lightning with just a roar, proving things like Sage Mode, ninjutsu and manipulating chakra were beneath him. Simply put, Shibai was the ultimate god who all the other aliens respected and feared.

Shibai passed away on Earth, yet she may come back

Now, Amado admits he found the warrior's remains, using this corpse to put various gifts into Isshiki's soldiers when he was hired to run Kara's experiments. The diminutive Eida has his clairvoyance down pat, Daemon got the reflective attacks, Code got the teleporting bands, while Kawaki and Isshiki got his shrinking abilities and penchant for storing weapons in a hidden dimension. Seeing as Shibai had the Rinnegan and Byakugan, even one ability would make these minions extremely powerful, as Boruto has illustrated.

The twist is, Amado isn't sure if Shibai is truly gone. After several cycles of evolution and using the Karma, he thinks there's a chance Shibai ascended to a higher dimension as a supreme god, deliberately discarding his body. After all, he wouldn't need a frail vessel like this if he evolved into the perfect form. Thus, there's a chance he could return, not even needing a shell to raze the Earth and try to reclaim what was stolen, the same way Kaguya wanted chakra back.

Except this time, Shibai will be a lot more powerful and possibly vindictive, which would require Konoha and the shinobi alliance to formulate a new plan against their greatest threat ever. Sadly, Sasuke doesn't have his Rinnegan while Naruto lost Kurama, so this would require Boruto to step up big time -- should he survive Kawaki's heel turn down the line.
