Youichi Ajiyoshi (味吉陽一)

Youichi is the head chef of Hinode Restaurant. Despite his age he is beloved among the workers that come to eat at his restaurant. After Ajiou challenges his cooking he realizes the true potential of Youichi and invites him to his company.
