Anime fans are aware of all the legendary villains the medium has to offer through the thousands of different series available. Anime villains are all unique because some are defeated, some succeed in their evil endeavors, and others eventually side with the hero. However, sometimes the ages of these villains are ambiguous.
Some anime villains are hundreds or thousands of years old, giving many of them a huge advantage in both planning their evil schemes and in battle. These villains have been around to witness many major events in their respective universes and have grown their legendary status through several generations.
10 Lust Has Been Around For Over 250 Years (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
Lust from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood can live for longer than an ordinary human due to her being a homunculus. While many of the homunculi in this series are older, Lust is the second oldest behind her creator, "Father."
Despite Lust's age, she still appears young and is seen as very attractive, which she uses to her advantage. Lust isn't all looks, though; she is a very strong opponent. She doesn't age and can rapidly regenerate. Lust can also stretch her fingertips and form them into a deadly spear.
9 Zeref Dragneel, Acnologia & Irene Belserion Are All Over The Age Of 400 (Fairy Tail)
Zeref Dragneel from Fairy Tail is part of a group of five Dragon Slayers who were all born 400 years ago. Zeref serves as the main antagonist of the series for a while and is known for reviving the main character, Natsu Dragneel.
Irene Belserion also serves as a villain and is Erza Scarlet's mother. Irene created dragon slayer magic, and the immense power it holds turned her into a dragon. Acnologia is another antagonist who turned into a dragon by slaying many dragons and bathing in their blood. They all hail from the same time period, but their exact ages are still unknown.
8 Father Is The Creator Of All The Homunculi (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
As the main antagonist of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Father is the first and therefore the oldest homunculus in the series. He is the creator of all the other homunculi. Father was created in Xerxes within the Persian Empire.
Although the exact day Father was created is unknown, it is speculated that he is around 435 years old. While Father has many of the same abilities as the other homunculi, his alchemy skills are much stronger and his knowledge of the world makes him the strongest villain in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
7 The Otsutsuki Clan Has Been Around For Over 1000 Years (Boruto)
The Otsutsuki Clan is the main villain group from Boruto, but fans of Naruto Shippuden probably recognize this name as Kaguya Otsutsuki is one of the oldest members of the clan. Most fans seem to think the oldest member of the clan is Kinshiki, who is confirmed to be the father of Momoshiki.
Ishiki and Kaguya are also both candidates to be the oldest as they were the first to come to Earth in theNaruto universe. While their exact ages are still unknown, they are all at least 1,000 years old, if not older.
6 Muzan Has Been A Demon For Over 1,000 Years (Demon Slayer)
It was confirmed in Episode 6 of Demon Slayer that Muzan was turned into a demon at least 1,000 years ago. Serving as the main antagonist, he is the Demon King who controls almost all the demons in Demon Slayer.
Muzan is very powerful, and his body can not only change forms to look like different people, but it also has regenerative abilities. The one downside to his immortality is that he is still a demon and will die when under the sun for a long time.
5 Tsukasa's Body Is Preserved In Stone For 3,700 years (Dr. Stone)
Tsukasa from Dr.Stone was a famous MMA fighter before a strange phenomenon turned everyone into stone. Tsukasa would be encapsulated in stone for 3,700 years before being freed by the series' main character, Senku.
While Senku freed Tsukasa on a whim to save himself and his friends from an attack, the idea would backfire on Senku. Senku wants to eventually free everyone from their stone prison while Tsukasa has certain criteria for who he thinks should be freed. This leads to a war between Senku's smarts and Tsukasa's strength.
4 Wamuu Is Over 120,000 Years Old Despite Being The Youngest Member Of His Group
Wamuu from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is in a group called the Pillar Men along with Kars and Esidisi. Wamuu trained under Kars and Esidisi during the Roman Empire to defeat all the people who used Hamon. Hamon is a martial arts technique that was seen as the only possible way to defeat the Pillar Men.
The Hamon users were unsuccessful and after their defeat, Wamuu, Kars, and Esidisi hibernated for thousands of years until they were awakened by Nazis. Wamuu served to be a tough opponent as he even kills Joseph's best friend, Caesar.
3 Esidisi Is Second In Command to Kars (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)
Similar to Wamuu, Esidisi from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure joins Kars to take down the Hamon or Ripple users who are trying to stop them from obtaining the Red Stone Of Aja. Esidisi is confirmed to be much older than Wamuu and is 92,000 years old. After being awakened from their long hibernation, Esidisi finds out the location of the Red Stone Of Aja and goes on his own to find it.
Training on the island is the main character, Joseph Joestar, and Caesar Zeppeli, who manage to team up to kill Esidisi. Despite Esidis's defeat, he is very strong and can raise the temperature of his blood to over 500 degrees Celsius and can hurl it at enemies.
2 Kars Is The Oldest Of The Three Pillar Men (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)
Kars is not only the leader of both Wamuu and Esidisi, but he is the oldest of the trio at 102,000 years old. Kars has a lot of influence on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's plot, as he is the creator of the stone mask Dio uses in Part 1.
Kars' goal is to power up the mask with the Red Stone Of Aja. To do so, he teams up with Wamuu and Esidisi. Kars is easily the most powerful of the Pillar Man and has the power to gain the power of any life form to ever live on Earth.

Beerus is the first major villain in Dragon Ball Super, and he is easily one of the most powerful characters in the series. Being a god of destruction, Beerus can create a "Beerus Ball," which has the power to destroy an entire universe.
Beerus also can use an ability called Hakai, which can completely erase someone from existence. Dragon Ball fans do not know the exact age of Beerus, but it is confirmed that he and his brother, Champa, are at least 75 million years old.
