The upcoming Vermeil in Gold (Kinsou no Vermeil) anime has revealed the preview images for episode 1, which is set to air on July 5, 2022. The images are filled with suggestive content, and you can check them out below:

The synopsis of episode 1 states that Alto, who is studying at a magic academy is on the brink of failing to finish his year because he was unable to summon a contract demon. Luckily, he accidentally found a summoning book, and he used it to summon a demon for the first time. However, the one who appeared is a beautiful woman, whose name appears to be Vermeil, the sealed demon. Vermeil also needs to attend the academy, but it seems that Alto’s childhood friend Lily is jealous of her.
Studio Staple Entertainment is animating the series with Takashi Naoya as the director. Sentai Filmworks licensed the Vermeil in Gold anime and it will be available on HIDIVE. The plot of the series is described as:
Meet Alto, a hapless student at Royal Ortigia Magic Academy whose academic performance leaves much to be desired. Rather than take a more sensible approach to salvaging his grades in time for graduation, Alto decides to summon a bit of otherworldly assistance. Only after does he learn he’s bound the legendary she-devil Vermeil into service as his familiar! But while Vermeil is a powerful ally sure to turn his grades around, her magic can only be replenished with a kiss, and that makes everything go to hell with Alto’s jealous childhood friend, Lilia. Looks like Alto just unleashed a whole new world of devilish mayhem in Vermeil in Gold: A Desperate Magician Barges Into the Magical World Alongside the Strongest Calamity!

The anime is based on Kouta Amana’s Kinsou no Vermeil: Gakeppuchi Majutsushi wa Saikyou no Yakusai to Mahō Sekai o Tsukisusumu (Vermeil in Gold) manga series. Square Enix has been publishing it on Monthly Shonen Gangan since 2018, with Yoko Umezu as the illustrator. The manga series is still ongoing and it currently has 6 volumes in circulation.
