Kizuna had nine volumes published in English as Kizuna: Bonds of Love by Central Park Media's Be Beautiful imprint from August 25, 2004 to August 1, 2007. After the publisher went defunct, Digital Manga Publishing picked up the license and released the entire series as Kizuna: Deluxe Edition under its Juné imprint in six 2-in-1 omnibus editions (the last volume is not an omnibus) from October 13, 2010 to May 30, 2012.
