Enrico Maxwell (エンリコ・マクスウェル)

Enrico Maxwell is the leader of the Vatican's Special Section XIII, the Iscariot Organization. He is a bitter rival of Integra and the Hellsing organization, but establishes a form of cooperation with Hellsing when fighting Millenium.
