She-Hulk: Tatiana Maslany’s MCU Hero Gets Her First Action Figure

Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk is getting the Marvel Legends treatment.

Revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, the Hasbro figure takes inspiration from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) version of the character and includes the final component for What If…? Infinite Ultron. The other figures in the collection are Moon Knight’s Mr. Knight, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’s Sharon Carter, Ms. Marvel’s Ms. Marvel and Hawkeye’s Hawkeye and Kate Bishop. The She-Hulk figure will be available for pre-order later this year.

She-Hulk is not the only MCU hero getting a Marvel Legends figure. At San Diego Comic-Con’s Marvel Legends presentation, the toy company announced that Star-Lord T’Challa, Howard the Duck, Richard E. Grant’s Classic Loki and Jonathan Majors’s He Who Remains would all be getting collectible figures. New comic figures on the way include Hatut Zeraze, Black Panther, Sentry, Human Fly and Razorback. “It’s a big year for Spider-Man. I think he has some of the best Rogues Gallery. We’re going to do some really deep cuts,” said Marvel Legends’ Ryan Ting.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law stars Maslany as the titular hero as she learns to master her new Hulk powers while also serving as a lawyer, which Maslany described as “a career that’s male-dominated and incredibly vicious and hierarchal.” As a lawyer for a firm that “specializes in superhuman-oriented legal cases,” she teased the appearance of “some really fun characters that she’s either defending or in opposition of. It’s like this really absurd take on a legal show.”

The series will feature some familiar MCU faces, including Tim Roth’s Emil Blonsky / Abomination, Benedict Wong’s Wong, Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner / Hulk and Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock / Daredevil, who will be donning his classic yellow and red suit. Newcomers include Jameela Jamil as Titania, Ginger Gonzaga as Nikki Ramos and Renée Elise Goldsberry as Amelia.

Created by Stan Lee and John Buscema, She-Hulk made her comics debut in 1980’s The Savage She-Hulk #1. A cousin to Bruce Banner, she receives an emergency blood transfusion from him after suffering an accident, giving her the powers of the Hulk while allowing her to retain most aspects of her personality.

Created by Jessica Gao and directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premieres on Aug. 17 on Disney+.
