The Final Saga of One Piece has already begun and fans have been absolutely mesmerized by how incredible it has proven itself to be so far. As the Egghead Island Saga continues, there are some incredible villains that fans have seen already.
However, what fans have seen is only the tip of the iceberg, and there’s a lot more left to be uncovered, which also means that many incredible villains will make their name in this segment of the story. Of course, given that this is going to be Luffy’s biggest challenge, it will also feature the strongest of villains.
10 Rob Lucci
An Important CP0 Member
Rob Lucci is a character that fans will likely see a lot of in the final saga. He has already been extremely important in the Egghead Island arc, where he fought against Luffy and lost terribly.
He is currently engaged in combat against Zoro and this will certainly be a fight for the fans to remember for many many years, provided that Oda does it right. Lucci will likely be involved in the story later down the line as well.
9 Green Bull
An Admiral Of The Marines
Green Bull is one of the new Admirals that fans were introduced to towards the end of Wano. He is quite powerful and, when it comes to his character nature, he is evil through and through. Green Bull was seen in combat against the Akazaya 9 and he fared quite well.
However, in his display against Shanks, he looked to be rather unimpressive. Green Bull is definitely going to pop up in the series later on and cause problems for the Straw Hat Pirates, that is, if he can hold his own against them.
8 Fujitora
An Admiral of the Marines
One of the Marine Admirals, Fujitora might not be an out-and-out villain, however, he is an antagonist in the story, for sure.
He has his own brand of justice and he’s much better compared to the other Marines, yet, he does stand in the past of Luffy and would attempt to fight him if they ever come face to face. In the Final Saga of One Piece, however, he might have good moments here and there as well.
7 Kizaru
An Admiral of the Marines
Kizaru is one of the three Admirals of the Marines who has already played a major role as an antagonist in the Egghead Island Arc. He has already fought against Luffy and lost, and as the Egghead arc continues, it is likely that he will get bigger roles as well.
He is a follower of wavering justice and even though he might not believe in some things, he considers himself to be just a cog in the machine and a corporate slave. As a result, he does what he is asked to do.
6 Saint Garling Figarland
Leader Of The Holy Knights
Saint Garling Figarland is a new character that was introduced to the final saga of One Piece. He is the supreme commander of the Holy Knights and he will soon be seen in action. He has connections to Shanks, likely being his father and, of course, he is also going to have some interesting interactions with Dragon, given that he is planning to deploy against him very soon.
Garling Figarland appears to be a very strong individual and he will surely make his mark in the final saga.
5 Sakazuki
Marine Fleet Admiral
Fleet Admiral Sakazuki has been one of the major One Piece antagonists for a very long time. Although he has been busy with office work lately, in the final saga of One Piece, he will have to make a move.
Sakazuki is one of the strongest characters, and also a great villain, given that he was responsible for Ace’s death. Eventually, he will have to leave his office and join the main battles and play the role of a major villain in One Piece.
4 Jaygarcia Saturn
One Of The Five Elders
St Jaygarcia Saturn is one of the Five Elders and certainly one of the most evil villains that Oda has ever written in his story. The best way to describe him would be to call him evil incarnate.
He has no shred of decency or empathy in him, however, these are the qualities that make him a great villain. He is already serving the role of a major villain in the Egghead Island arc, where he is up against Kuma, and likely Luffy as well.
3 Blackbeard
One Of Luffy’s Rivals
Blackbeard is one of the major villains that Oda saved for the final saga of One Piece. He, just like Luffy, is in the race for the One Piece, and that only means that he will come face-to-face with the Straw Hat Pirates at some point.
Blackbeard has strengthened himself greatly over the years and he will pose a very challenge for Luffy and his pirate’s crew eventually.
2 Remaining Five Elders
Leaders Of The World
Just like Saturn, the remaining members of the Five Elders are tremendously powerful and they will get their chances to play major roles in the story eventually.
For now, the focus is on Saturn, however, as the Straw Hat Pirates had deeper into the final saga, the Five Elders will get pronounced roles. It goes without saying that they will play major villain rules in one piece.
1 Imu
The Sovereign Of The World
Of course, Imu is going to be one of the greatest villains in One Piece. Fans do not know much about them, other than the fact that they belong to one of the 20 Families, the Nerona Family.
They have been alive for 800 years now and they are perennially youthful. Imu possesses great abilities, a glimpse of which was given to the fans during the Reverie. They will certainly play the role of the biggest villain in One Piece in the final saga.
