As previously stated, Jaygarcia Saturn is the Godhead of Science and Defense. It is his responsibility to take care of all the things that are associated with the two fields. Naturally, he would need to have some kind of knowledge about the subjects, but it was unclear whether he did have any kind of expertise. This was proven in the Egghead arc, where it was revealed that he was also a man of science.
Saturn conducted immoral experiments on many people, one of whom was Ginny. Due to the experiments, Ginny developed the Sapphire Scale Disease, which was considered incurable at the time. Any person affected by the Sapphire Scale Disease would meet a grotesque end. Aside from human experimentation, Jaygarcia Saturn is also knowledgeable about scientific technology. This was confirmed when he warned Vegapunk not to betray him, as he would immediately find out. It is possible that Jaygarcia Saturn has created bioweapons like Queen’s Ice Oni virus, and he could unleash them on his enemies.

Can Release Massive Bursts Of Haki
Haki is one of the two main powers in One Piece. The concept of Haki was introduced before the timeskip, but it was only implemented afterward. Like all the strong characters in One Piece, Saint. Jaygarcia Saturn also possesses Haki, which he demonstrated in the Egghead Arc. It seems that Saturn has extremely refined Haki, as he was able to unleash a burst of Haki effortlessly.
With his level of Haki, Saturn can easily hurt a Devil Fruit user. For now, it is unclear whether he has all three types of Haki or just two. However, it would make more sense for him to have Conqueror’s Haki as well; after all, he is one of the strongest characters in the series. When Saturn arrived on Egghead Island, there was a massive burst of Haki, and it could be sensed by people from very far away, proving that Saturn’s Haki is extremely potent.

One of the biggest revelations in the Egghead arc was related to Saturn’s telekinetic power. This unusual ability activates whenever Saturn’s eyes are glowing. With this telekinesis-like power, Saturn can hurt others without having to put in any real physical effort. He can knock back enemies and stop them from moving. The latter can prove extremely effective, especially when facing multiple opponents.
The power is able to constrict the movements of characters. It proved to be effective against Sanji, Bonney, and Atlas. However, it is worth noting that it doesn’t work against everyone, as Luffy was able to avoid the attacks without much difficulty.

Any character in One Piece will fear for their safety when they are outnumbered by the enemy, as it increases the risk of losing and getting injured. However, this doesn’t seem to affect Jaygarcia Saturn, as he possesses the power to regenerate from almost any kind of attack. Saturn was attacked multiple times in the arc, yet it did not affect him in the least. For instance, he was able to regenerate when Franky’s radical beam pierced through his abdomen. He was able to recover after his horn and his arm were sliced off.
With such absurd levels of regeneration, it is hardly surprising that he is not afraid of fighting anyone. It is also possible that Saturn may have some kind of immortality, which is why he cannot be killed or injured. However, it may not be linked to his Devil Fruit power. So, regeneration may be something that all the Five Elders have in common. Keeping in mind the fact that Saturn cannot die, his regenerative power is definitely one of his strongest abilities.
1 Yokai Transformation
Can Transform Into Gyuki
St. Jaygarcia Saturn’s Yokai/Devil Fruit is without a doubt his biggest asset. While it looks like he has a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit, it has yet to be confirmed by Oda. Saturn’s power allows him to transform into Gyuki, a creature from Japanese mythology. In his transformed state, Saturn gains the body of a spider with the head of an ox.
In his fully transformed state, Saturn’s size increases by several folds, which gives him a massive edge over his enemies. Each one of his limbs serves as a dangerous weapon that can be used to impale the body of a person. He can release venomous orbs that can cause massive explosions. With the combination of all his abilities, Saint. Jaygarcia Saturn is a truly formidable fighter who can effortlessly fight against the biggest names in One Piece.
