After being denied entry to Egghead Island, Rob Lucci and the other members of CP0 were stranded outside. Pythagoras advised them to leave, and, surprisingly, the assassin accepted. When Kaku asked him about the next course of action, Lucci told them that they needed to abandon the ship. He wanted to use the power of S-Bear to reach Egghead Island. Lucci ordered S-Bear to use his powers to send them away one by one. The Seraphim began to send them away to safety. As soon as everyone had left, the Sea Beasts Weapons attacked the ship.
Pythagoras and the others realized that Lucci and the rest of CP0 were ready to fight. Shaka advised Pythagoras to issue the order for evacuation. He also ordered the Seraphim to be activated, as they would prove to be invaluable allies against the invaders. It was confirmed that S-Hawk, S-Snake, and S-Shark were on standby and ready to get involved.
Vegapunk’s Plea
Elsewhere, Vegapunk was talking to Luffy about the threat to his life. He was aware that the World Government would not spare him, and it would do everything in its power to get rid of him. This was the reason why he wanted Luffy to take him to the sea. After some deliberation, Luffy decided to let Vegapunk join because of his funny head. The scientist was happy with Luffy’s answer and told everyone to go to Labophase. They had no idea that CP0 had already arrived on the island.
Meanwhile, Lucci and his group began their search. Kaku was rather excited, and he tried to enter the Frontier Dome by himself, only to be shot down by lasers. Before they could go any further, Atlas appeared, and she decided to teach them a lesson. Rob Lucci was not interested in playing games, so he used his hybrid form and landed a critical hit on Atlas.
Luffy vs Lucci Round 3
Due to taking the attack head-on, Atlas was left in a terrible condition. Her situation would have gotten worse if Luffy’s group had not arrived on time. Luffy saw Atlas’ condition, and he was furious. Fans already know that Luffy can do anything for someone who gives him food. So, he will definitely avenge Atlas. Since Lucci is responsible for harming the satellite, Luffy won’t spare him.
Release Date
One Piece Episode 1100 will be released on April 7th, 2024. It is titled “Powers on a Different Level! Luffy vs. Lucci!”. It is quite clear that the focus of Episode 1100 is going to be on the fight between Lucci and Luffy. It won’t be the first time that the two will be exchanging blows. They fought each other in Water 7, where Lucci completely overwhelmed the pirate. The rematch between them took place in Enies Lobby. The fight was intense, with neither fighter willing to submit. Ultimately, Luffy emerged as the victor, which helped his crew get away safely from the World Government facility. As a result of his loss, Lucci was kicked out of CP9 by Spandam. But the World Government was aware of his talent, and he was eventually promoted to CP0.
Who Is Stronger?
Before the rematch begins, the big question on everyone’s mind is: who is more powerful between Luffy and Lucci? To answer this question accurately, it is necessary to put the abilities of each fighter under the microscope. Rob Lucci has mastered Rokushiki, and he can use it to kill a person instantly. He also possesses a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that significantly boosts his physical abilities. In his transformed state, Lucci’s stamina, endurance, and strength increase by several folds, giving him a massive advantage in battle. In the preview of Episode 1100, there was a silhouette of Rob Lucci, which looked different from his usual hybrid transformation. It is possible that the next episode may feature Lucci’s Awakened Zoan form. If this turns out to be true, he will pose a much bigger threat to Luffy and his friends.
When it comes to strength, there aren’t many who are better than Monkey D. Luffy. The hero has been through many arduous battles, which have helped him become a splendid warrior. Currently, Luffy has access to all three types of Haki and their advanced versions. A normal attack imbued with Conqueror’s Haki can penetrate the defense of the strongest characters. In addition to his Haki, Luffy also has the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika at his disposal. He has awakened the Devil Fruit, which gives him more freedom in fights. When the abilities of both fighters are put side by side, Luffy is clearly the superior of the two. While Lucci does have access to Armament and Observation Haki, he does not possess Conqueror’s Haki.

One Piece Episode 1100 will be available to watch on Crunchyroll shortly after it premieres in Japan. The episode will have Japanese audio and English subtitles. The dubbed version won’t be available just yet, as it still has a ways to go before it catches up.
