This immortality will most definitely play a major role in the Final Saga of the story, and fans are thoroughly going to witness the power of those incredible characters who wield it.

Brook is a member of the Straw Hat Pirates, and when it comes to immortality, he is quite special. Brook possesses the power of the Yami Yami no Mi, which is essentially a surefire way to get revived after death. When Brook succumbed with the members of the Rumbar Pirates, his soul returned to him and he was revived once again.

This ability doesn’t exactly make him immortal. Many rules around how this Devil Fruit works are still unknown. However, what fans know for sure is that Brook cannot die from natural causes. That said, if Brook is killed in his current form, it is highly likely that he will end up dying and not return once again. Still, the ability to never die and exist perennially is certainly a type of immortality.

6 Saint Jaygarcia Saturn

Saint Jaygarcia Saturn is one of the Five Elders, also known as the Gorosei. He played the role of a major antagonist in the Egghead Island arc, and it was revealed that he held demonic powers of the Yokai named Gyuki. Saint Saturn also possesses tremendous Haki, and above all, he possesses immortality.

He has taken quite a lot of damage in his battles throughout the Egghead arc, and every single time, he has regenerated. Oda specifically threw a lot of focus on the fact that he is immortal, and this ability will surely come into play later down the line as well.

Saint Shepherd Ju Peter is yet another member of the Gorosei, and fans saw him being summoned to Egghead Island towards the very end of the arc. As fans know, he showcased his true power, and transformed into a joint sandworm.

When Saint Shepherd Ju Peter was chopped up by the Giants, it was then confirmed that he too possesses the power of immortality. No matter how much damage he takes, he can simply regenerate as if nothing happened to him in the first place. Luffy confirmed that he cannot die, and that also explains how he has stayed alive for all these years ever since the Void Century.

Saint Marcus Mars, known to hold the number four in the Five Elders, is also a very powerful individual. He possesses the power of the Itsumade Yokai, which is a giant bird-like creature. His immortality powers were confirmed when he entered the Frontier Dome, which is life-threatening, yet he appeared without a scratch.

He possesses the same immortality as the other Elders, and overall, his power is one of the greatest that fans have seen in the story. It is clear for the fans to see that Saint Marcus Mars has existed since the time of the Void Century, and that he likely is one of the Founding 20 himself.

3 Saint Ethanbaron V. Nujsuro

Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro is the bald elder who also wields a sword. He appears to be a samurai of some sort, and his skills with the blade are most likely impeccable. However, it isn’t this power that makes him special. It is his immortality that has all the fans in awe right now.

Just like all the other members of the Five Elders, Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro holds the power of a Yokai. This grants him immortality, and although he hasn’t taken any damage on Egghead so far, he most certainly possesses this power, just like every other elder.

Saint Topman Warcury is the Warrior God of Justice, and fans know him to be the Yokai called Fengxi. This is a giant boar who attacks with tremendous ferocity.

Saint Topman Warcury was confirmed to have the power of immortality in One Piece chapter 1111, after Luffy returned Saturn’s attacks, which then ended up hitting all the three Elders fighting against him. These attacks stand out to be almost like miniature nukes. Despite that, the Gorosei appeared scratchless.

They were among the Founding 20, and somehow, made their way to the Empty Throne, becoming the sovereign of the entire world. It is unknown how Imu gained his immortality, but Ivankov theorizes that it was with the power of the Ope Ope no Mi.
