Thankfully, the story is progressing at a very good pace right now, and as things stand, it appears that within just a few more chapters, this arc will inevitably end up reaching its conclusion.
Fans are incredibly excited to see what One Piece chapter 1120 holds in store for them, and with just a few more days to go until it is released, it is time readers get together and discuss what they think could end up happening in the upcoming chapter of the story.
Luffy And The Iron Giant Combine
Luffy and Emet Will Continue Fighting The Elders In One Piece 1120
One of the biggest shocks that fans got to witness in the previous chapter of One Piece was the emergence of the Iron Giant from the sea in an attempt to fight off Warcury. The Iron Giant essentially got up and defended the Strawhats and the Giants of Elbaf, simply because it knew that it had to aid Joy Boy in whichever way possible. Although this might be a shock to some readers, at Game Rant, we had already predicted that this would happen and it would end up paving the way for the escape of the Strawhat Pirates. However, the escape is not complete just yet. There is more to the escape than just punching a member of the Five Elders and fans will most definitely get to see more of a battle between the Pirates and the Elders in the upcoming One Piece chapter 1120.
Right now, the only people on the battlefield are Luffy, Sanji, Franky, and of course, the Iron Giant. Bonney was seen fighting recently, but after utilizing Gear 5, she’s all out of energy and will not be able to fight for the time being. As such, the vast majority of the responsibility falls on the shoulders of Luffy and the Iron Giant. Of course, Sanji and Franky are there as well, however, they have already had a bigger responsibility assigned to them, and that is to protect the Sunny when it descends. It is highly likely that the Sunny will be attacked by more Elders and the Marines when the ship starts descending from the Labophase, which is why Sanji is required elsewhere. This essentially means that One Piece chapter 1120 could see Luffy and the Iron Giant combine in an attempt to stop the remaining Elders.
Put yourself in my shoes. Would you bother yourself with the feelings of insects? It is impossible – Saturn
An intriguing thing that many fans would want to see in the upcoming chapter is if Warcury can regenerate from the damage he just received. Of course, fans have seen the Elders regenerate from every injury that they have received. However, it must be noted that these Elders are not truly immortal, in a sense. While, yes, they have been alive for centuries, they do still carry scars on their bodies. If they were able to regenerate from everything, they would not hold scars on their bodies and could simply heal them. This simply means that there is a way to injure the Elders, and it is just that the fans don’t know it yet.
However, the Iron Giant might hold the key to injuring these Elders. This is simply down to the fact that the Iron Giant has the power of ancient energy, which might be the only way to injure these powerful individuals. If the Iron Giant starts channeling this ancient energy in One Piece chapter 1120, then, perhaps a major breakthrough could be made in stopping the five elders and securing an escape route for the Strawhat Pirates and the Giants of Elbaf. Exciting things are happening in the Egghead Island arc right now, and fans absolutely can’t wait to see what is next.
Regardless of whether the Elders are going to be permanently injured in the upcoming chapter or not, what fans need to keep in mind is that Luffy and the Iron Giant are most certainly going to combine their strength. Luffy is already in Gear 5, which means fans should most definitely expect combat from him.
At the same time, the Iron Giant wanted to cross paths with Joy Boy, and now it successfully has. These two will go on to fight together in the upcoming One Piece chapter 1120, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see that. Whether they are up against Marines or the Elders, they are certainly going to treat fans with an incredible fighting sequence that every reader would absolutely love.
The Straw Hats Escape The Labophase
The Labophase Unit Will Finally Escape In One Piece 1120
One Piece chapter 1120 might focus on the Strawhats on the Labophase. It has been two chapters since the fans last saw them. On the Labophase, V. Nusjuro is currently attempting to stop the Strawhat pirates from fleeing. It must be remembered that the goal of the Elders right now is to eliminate the satellites and the transmission from Vegapunk. Although they thought they stopped the transmission permanently, the Iron Giant is active and that simply means the message will continue in the upcoming chapter as well. In fact, fans should brace themselves for more secrets related to the D in One Piece chapter 1120. Other than that, fans should also be ready to see more combat on the labophase, at least in some shape or form. That said, the goal on the Labophase is not to fight.
Those expecting full-on combat from Zoro and Jinbe are going to be disappointed, because as things stand, the goal is to ensure the ship gets to jump off the cloud, and then land in the ocean below. Zoro and Jinbe are only going to attempt to stop Nusjuro for as long as they can and then jump on the ship the first chance they get.
As the ship escapes from the Labophase, the responsibility then falls on Sanji to hold the ship and secure a safe route for it down to the ocean below. This is very important and fans will most definitely get to see something built up towards it in One Piece chapter 1120.
Listen, Emet, when the time is right, you must…. – Joy Boy
Clearly, One Piece chapter 1120 is going to be sensational in regards to what it does for the Iron Giant, Emet, Luffy, and of course, the escape of the Straw Hat Pirates in general. In fact, fans might even get to see some bits of flashbacks being revealed by the author of the story pertaining to Emet and, at the same time, some secrets of the people of the D being revealed by the scientist that is Vegapunk.
One Piece is available to read via Viz Media. The series can be read by the fans officially and for free on the Shonen Jump and the Manga Plus app. The release date for the next chapter of One Piece, One Piece 1120, is set to be July 14, 2024.
