One Piece chapter 1118 has the attention of every single fan of the story right now, and that is simply down to the fact that The Egghead Island Arc is now incredibly close to its conclusion. Given the events of the previous chapter, fans now know for a fact that Egghead won’t last long. This Arc can wrap up at any given moment in the upcoming few chapters, and that means a new arc is on the horizon.

Furthermore, the final phase of this arc is going to be incredibly intense, with some intriguing characters, such as the Five Elders and the Iron Giant taking all the focus. That, and much more is going to be discussed in One Piece chapter 1118, and fans are on the edge of their seats for it already.

The Iron Giant Gets Back Up

The Iron Giant’s Battle Against The Elders Is Likely To Continue

In the previous chapter of One Piece, fans got to see the Iron Giant being attacked by none other than the Five Elders. Before the Elders launched the attack, they realized immediately that it was the same Iron Giant who attacked Marijoa around 200 years ago. According to the Elders, the Giant ran riot in Marijoa before it was stopped, and of course, as was made clear earlier in the story, fans know that the Iron Giant was then ordered to be dismantled. Thankfully, the scientists did not dismantle it and eventually it found its way to Vegapunk. Now, due to Luffy’s Drums of Liberation, the Iron Giant has been awakened once again, and now, it is going to engage in combat against the Elders. In the previous chapter, the Iron Giant was attacked by four of the Elders at the same time. It clearly took quite a lot of damage while falling.

Yes, there’s no doubt! It’s the very same Iron Giant they rampaged through Marijoa 200 years ago!!

However, the Iron Giant is not done just yet. Fans would be mistaken to count it out, because the Iron Giant should be the last wall of defense for the Straw Hat Pirates. In One Piece chapter 1118, fans will absolutely get to see the Iron Giant get back up again and go headfirst in combat against the four Elders that are currently in front of it. One should absolutely not count the Iron Giant out, or underestimate its strength. Even though it might look weak at this point in time, it is quite clear for the fans to see that the Iron Giant carries some immense ancient energy inside of it.

Using this ancient energy, perhaps it might even be able to injure the Elders, and even though the chances for that look slimmer after it took damage in the previous chapter, this is still something that fans should keep in the back of their heads. The Iron Giant might not be the strongest on the island, but he will surely showcase something extremely impressive over the course of the next few chapters. One Piece chapter 1118 could very well be the shining moment for this Giant and fans are waiting with excitement to see what the Giant delivers.

Zoro and Jinbe Vs Nusjuro

Zoro And Jinbe Will Continue Their Battle

One of the most exciting parts of One Piece 1118 is going to be the incredible battle between Zoro and V. Nusjuro. In this chapter, fans will most likely see the Straw Hat ship descend from the Labophase. Meanwhile, Zoro and Jinbe said that they would jump on the ship while it landed. They don’t have much time to fight right now, and as a result, fans can fully expect Zoro and Jinbe to make this battle very quick. However, the issue here is how they are going to escape from V. Nusjuro. Perhaps, these two will have to push him back one more time, and when he’s down, make their escape. Even if they do that, Nusjuro is likely going to follow them around and that means both Zoro and Jinbe will have to hold the rear of the ship and protect it from all of his attacks. Fans can only hope that Nusjuro gets caught up in something else that takes importance, so the ship of the Straw Hat Pirates can escape, as that is the only way they can survive.

Launch the shop and we’ll jump on! There’s no time to waste at all! – Zoro

Any fun thinking that Zoro will enter all-out combat against Nusjuro is mistaken. There is absolutely no time for Zoro to fight him, and even if he did, he would be defeated pathetically. Zoro is nowhere near his level and right now, he’s only going to be a burden to the crew if he does actually try to fight Nusjuro on the Labophase. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew is trying to escape. The better option here is for Zoro to sit back until the right moment to make sure the ship sets off. When that happens, Zoro and Jinbe will most likely have to jump on and leave the Elder behind.

The Escape Of The Straw Hat Pirates

The Straw Hat Pirates Will Continue Their Escape In One Piece

Quite clearly, The escape of the Straw Hat Pirates is now just around the corner. Fans finally got to see Luffy meet up with Sanji in the previous chapter, and in One Piece chapter 1118, the crew should be reunited. Luffy and the Giants will most likely get on Elbaf ship, and with that, set sail. Of course, setting sail is not going to be easy with all the Marines around, but with Dory and Broggy arriving on the scene, this should be an easy situation. Fans will most definitely get to see this happen in One Piece chapter 1118, and that is certainly going to be very exciting.

Meanwhile, the ship of the Straw Hat Pirates will also likely descend into the sea, however, they might face a massive problem. Their ship is likely going to be surrounded by Marine vessels, which means that either the Giants have to break the siege and open up a way for the Straw Hat Pirates, or all the crew members that are aboard the ship will have to be on guard and defend the ship against any blow that is incoming.

It is also possible that the likes of Sanji and others who are still on the Fabriophase, waiting for Luffy, will have to do the job of guarding the ship from the outside. Taking all things into consideration, One Piece is most likely going to deliver exciting action, and at the same time, raise the speed of the crew trying to escape.

Fans know for a fact that Egghead is wrapping up soon enough. This arc has just about five to eight chapters left now, and it shouldn’t be a surprise to the fans if the Straw Hat Pirates make it out come September. Then, fans will likely get to see them head towards Elbaf, which means a completely new arc will have begun and it will be extremely exciting to see what’s next for the crew.

One Piece is available to read via Viz Media. The series can be read by the fans officially and for free on the Shonen Jump and the Manga Plus app. The release date for the next chapter of One Piece, One Piece 1118, is set to be June 25, 2024.
