Known to be the Sixth Hokage of Konoha, Kakashi took over this prestigious position after Tsunade Senju stepped down nearly a year after the conclusion of the Fourth Great Ninja War. Kakashi was an excellent Hokage, and during his time, Konoha prospered quite a lot.
As Hokage, Kakashi was largely restricted to his office, however, that isn’t to say that Kakashi did not progress as a ninja. In fact, even while he was serving the role of Hokage, he had some incredible accomplishments under his belt, and fans would be surprised to know some things that he actually managed to achieve during this period.
5 Saved Konoha In The Last
Kakashi Organized the Defense Of The Village
In The Last: Naruto the Movie, Kakashi was able to save his village from utter destruction. He was able to organize the defense of the village, and of course, prepare against all threats by sending Naruto’s group out, and later, defending the village when debris was starting to fall on Konoha.
Of course, it was Sasuke who saved the day in the end, however, without Kakashi’s coordination and effort to organize everyone, the village would surely have fallen. Saving Konoha from destruction is certainly one of his biggest accomplishments as Hokage.
4 Created Purple Electricity
Kakashi Invented A Nea Jutsu
Kakashi was always an avid user of Lightning Release. His signature technique, Raikiri, was developed by him in conjunction with his Sharingan. Unfortunately, Kakashi ended up losing his Sharingan towards the end of the war.
This meant that the Raikiri was no longer accessible to him. To make up for this, Kakashi created a completely new lightning release jutsu, called Purple Electricity. This jutsu is known to be a superior technique and comparable to the Raikiri. With this technique, Kakashi gained the ability to kill at a close range, or even from afar. This technique is incredibly powerful and considered to be one of the strongest Lightning Release Jutsu in the entire world.
3 Matched Kashin Koji
Kakashi Leveled Up To Kara Inners
Kakashi strengthened by quite a great deal in the Boruto era, and this is no surprise to the fans. In the Boruto anime, Kakashi was even shown to be strong enough to fight against Kashin Koji. For those who do not remember, Kashin Koji is an inner of Kara, and an individual who was even able to press Jigen in battle.
When he went up against Kakashi, the Hokage was able to keep up with him in battle with ease, and even fought him off. Clearly, Kakashi is one of the strongest individuals in the entirety of the Naruto series, and, for him to take on Kashin Koji in battle, push him, and ultimately attempt to defeat him is quite a massive feat and something that he should be proud of.
2 Maintained Lasting Peace
Kakashi’s Era Was Peaceful
One of the most incredible things about Kakashi’s reign as the Sixth Hokage of Konoha was that under him, largely, the world was at peace. While all other Hokage have led the village to war or worse in the Naruto series, Kakashi was an exception in disregard. He simply did not care about war, and when there was one brewing, he tried his best to de-escalate it.
At the same time, Kakashi managed to run Konoha in such a way that a heartwarming piece was formed all over the world. Kakashi even strengthened the relations of Konoha with other villages, which was a massive step towards both trust and security.
1 Grew Even Stronger
Kakashi Gained Tremendous Strength
One of the most incredible things that Kakashi managed to accomplish during his time as Hokage was to not lose his edge in battle. Kakashi was always quite strong, however, towards the end of the war, he ended up losing his Sharingan, and as a result, he was weakened quite a bit. However, after the conclusion of the war, Kakashi actually grew even stronger instead of losing his edge. This is clear from his many showings in the Naruto series, and of course, the fact that he was able to fight against even Kashin Koji.
At the same time, it must be remembered that Sharingan used up quite a lot of his chakra, and without the Sharingan, Kakashi has quite a lot to spare. This likely ended up being a blessing in disguise for Kakashi. Without the Sharingan, his chakra would last significantly longer now, and at the same time, he could finally take part in extended battles. While this was certainly great, there are other aspects that he strengthened as well, such as developing more jutsu, and gaining more experience as a fighter.
