Judging from the context and screenshots, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S episode 7 adapts the 61st chapter (compiled in the 7th volume) that revolves around Lucoa (the horny) and Fafnir (the gloomy). In addition to that, the scene where Elma eats a set of dango dumplings in casual clothes appears to be from the 42nd chapter (5th volume).

Dango – This is a type of Japanese sweets. You might have seen this dango thing before as a form of Kushi dango, literally dango skewer, which Elma holds in her right hand above. You can add o at the start of the word to make it sound softer and more polite; Odango. I think Kibi dango is the most recognized as it appears in popular folklore in Japan, Momotaro (the Peach Boy in English). Kibi (Kibi no Kuni) is a province that used to exist around the area where Okayama prefecture is situated at present.
