Jujutsu Kaisen has introduced fans to quite a lot of incredible powers over the years and the Six Eyes and the Limitless technique are two of the most amazing ones, bestowed on the members of the Gojo family. These powers have been some of the most incredible ones, and some would argue even the best ones, in the entire series.
The last user of the Six Eyes and the Limitless technique was none other than Gojo Satoru, the man known to be the strongest modern sorcerer and an enigma. However, after the tragic fate that he met and his fight against Sukuna, there is likely going to be a new user of these incredible powers in the story, which fans will likely get to see sooner or later.
What Is Limitless?
Gojo has two distinct abilities that define him as a sorcerer and these are the Limitless technique and, of course, the Six Eyes. When it comes to the Limitless technique, this is an inherited technique, meaning it isn’t unique to Gojo. The previous head of the clan before Gojo was a user of this technique as well and it is possible for other members of the Gojo Family to have this ability as well. The Limitless technique can be passed down as it has been for centuries. Just like how Gojo manifested this technique, someone else can manifest this technique as well. However, not everyone can bring out the true potential of the Limitless technique. When it comes to what the Limitless technique actually is, this is an ability that brings the concept of infinity into reality. Essentially, making use of the limitless technique allows the user to distort and manipulate space as they will.
The power is divided into three main types, when it comes to the basic usage of the ability. These are, the Neutral Limitless: Infinity, the Strengthened Limitless: Blue, and of course, the Reversed Limitless: Red.
As the name suggests, the Neutral Limitless, or Infinity, is the power that surrounds Gojo when the technique is active and stops everything that is aimed at him, preventing them from making contact with Gojo at all. Anything and everything that exists in the world can be stopped with the power of Limitless since the space between the user and the object is going to be infinite no matter how close they are to them. Meanwhile, the power of Red and Blue is quite straightforward. The power of Blue is the power to attract and allows Gojo to bring negative distance into reality and attract anything that he wishes towards himself, and the reversal of that technique, Red, is the opposite. Simply put, with Red, Gojo can repel things away from him. It must also be noted that the energy output of Red is twice that of Blue, which makes it stronger in a way.
When Gojo collides Red with Blue, it gives rise to Hollow Purple, which is simply an imaginary mass that erases everything in its path. It is the ultimate advanced technique of the Gojo Family that very few people know about and even fewer can utilize.
What Are The Six Eyes?
The Six Eyes are a special ability that manifest as bright blue eyes within certain members of the Gojo Family. These eyes are incredibly amazing to have as they grant the user the ability to read the flow of cursed energy down to the smallest of details and, at the same time, read every single curse technique down to the smallest detail. This eye also allows the user to utilize cursed energy efficiently, as was stated by Yuta, who attributes the Six Eyes to Gojo’s cursed energy usage being infinitesimal, despite having techniques that consume quite a lot. According to Yuta, because of Six Eyes, gojo will truly never run out of cursed energy. While the Six Eyes are present within some members of the Gojo Family, they cannot be inherited by just anyone.
In fact, they are a gift that can only be rarely inherited by a select few members. Only those who possess the Six Eyes can bring out the best of the Limitless ability. Gojo, one of the most important characters in the story, is only the first character in around 400 years to have both the Six Eyes as well as the Limitless on his side.
Gojo Satoru As The Last User Of The Six Eyes And Limitless
Fans know Goji Satoru to be an incredibly powerful sorcerer. In fact, he managed to rise to the pinnacle of Jujutsu Sorcery and became the strongest modern sorcerer, someone on the same level as the likes of Sukuna, the strongest sorcerer in history. Gojo managed to do this because of the gift that he was blessed with. He had both the Limitless and Six Eyes and, put together, he was able to bring out the best of his Limitless and reach unprecedented heights. In many ways, Gojo was already special ever since he was born. It has been mentioned in the story that when he was born, the balance of the world shifted. The wrongdoers who would openly roam had to go into the shadows and that was all down to Gojo.
While Gojo was immensely blessed, he was also quite a hard worker and he was a genius, above all. Gojo put hours and hours of practice into mastering the Limitless technique and he did so in an absolutely incredible way. He was able to bring the best out of his technique and reach the pinnacle of Jujutsu Sorcery. He could keep Infinity on at all times, utilize maximum levels of both Blue as well as Red, and make Purple his ultimate technique. Gojo was incredibly smart and combat and his intuitive way of fighting made him a threat to even the likes of Sukuna. However, at the end of the day, all that Gojo had was not enough and the story saw it fit to remove him from the equation. Gojo died in his battle against Sukuna and, with that, the Six Eyes and the Limitless ability were lost. However, the Limitless ability can still manifest within someone else in the Gojo family, as will the Six Eyes.
The Next User Of The Six Eyes And Limitless
Since Gojo is now dead, the Six Eyes and the Limitless technique will have to be reborn. However, fans must keep in mind that not every Limitless user can be a user of Six Eyes and as far as the Six Eyes go, they can sometimes take centuries to reappear. When looking at the odds, it likely means that no users of the Six Eyes will appear anytime soon in the series. However, they will inevitably appear at some point. At the same time, given that the Six Eyes exist to have the user make the best use of the Limitless technique, then, one can also assume that there is always going to be the next Gojo Satoru with the same abilities as him.
However, whether this person will be as big a genius as him is something that fans will have to see. For all fans know, this person can even be born at this point in the story or, some years later. It is also possible for them to be born hundreds of years later. Whatever the case, the Limitless and the Six Eyes will reappear in the world of JJK and it is certainly going to be exciting if the series were to ever cover that.
