Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 245 has the attention of all the fans and the readers are incredibly excited to see how the battle of the courtroom will progress in the upcoming chapter. JJK chapter 244 took the focus away from Kenjaku and his battle against Yuta and instead focused on Sukuna. Fans do not know what exactly ended up happening to Kenjaku, however, at the same time, they are very excited, because the fight against Sukuna is the main focus of the arc at the moment and it certainly has some of the most interesting characters involved currently.
Jujutsu Kaisen: The Character Assassination of Gojo Satoru, Explained
Gojo Satoru’s character had a disappointing conclusion in JJK.
As seen previously, Yuji and Higuruma jumped into battle and JJK chapter 245 will showcase these two incredible characters trying to fight an extremely difficult battle against Sukuna, however, first, they must deal with the battle inside the courtroom.
A Look At Kenjaku’s Fate?
JJK chapter 245 could give fans a look at Kenjaku. Although the previous chapter did not focus on him at all, fans are still expecting Kenjaku to pop up in the story sooner rather than later and figure out a way to escape. Kenjaku is one of the main villains in the story and for him to fall like that in an underwhelming manner before seeing his goal fulfilled would certainly not bode well for the plot. Fans are eagerly waiting to see how he deals with the situation and gets away from Yuta or decides to find him and the sooner that is dealt with, the better.
While JJK chapter 244 did not focus on it, the upcoming chapter certainly could dedicate a few panels to it and showcase what Kenjaku plans on doing next. Of course, the chances of this happening are not all that high, however, it is still a very interesting part of the story that fans would ideally love to see more light being shed on.
Sukuna Tried For The Shibuya Massacre
The bulk of the attention in JJK chapter 245 will be in Shinjuku, where a battle is currently commencing inside a courtroom. In the previous chapter of JJK, it was made quite clear that Yuji and Higuruma would head into battle first. The strategy here is for Higuruma to use the power of his Domain Expansion, Deadly Sentencing,q and get Judgman to prosecute Sukuna and get a guilty verdict for him. If he is guilty, then Sukuna could end up facing the Executioner’s Sword and lose his life. However, getting that done would be extremely difficult. But, at the very least, they can still deal some sort of damage to Sukuna, which means the Deadly Sentencing will not be for naught, no matter the case.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Can Nobara Return?
Nobara’s return from death in JJK could happen before the end of the series.
It was very difficult for Higuruma to figure out a way to try Sukuna for all his crimes however, Yuji came up with a brilliant strategy of putting Sukuna as a co-defendant in the same trial that he faced. As such, the verdict here can be switched and Sukuna could be declared guilty for all the crimes that he committed in Shibuya.
When taking into consideration all his charges, Sukuna took over the body of Yuji, attempted the murder of Gojo, and, at the same time, he also massacred the population of Shibuya. Now, Yuji is witness to this and if the old verdict is overturned, then Sukuna could be declared as the true perpetrator of the massacre that took place in Shibuya and this would greatly aid Higuruma and his plan.
Towards the end of the previous chapter, Higuruma made it clear that Yuji only accepted the charges because of his sense of responsibility. The true person responsible for killing all the people in Shibuya is none other than Sukuna. Now that Sukuna has faced all these charges, it will be interesting to see how he responds to them and what ends up happening in the upcoming chapters of JJK.
Can Sukuna Trick Higuruma?
One thing that fans can tell for certain is that Sukuna will certainly not end up dying here. Getting the Executioner’s Sword to kill him is very unlikely and Sukuna will likely find a way around that. Even though he doesn’t seem all that smart and likely doesn’t know the law, Sukuna can still easily figure out techniques, given that he is a prodigy after all.
He can figure out a weakness or a loophole in Higuruma’s cursed technique and abuse it to receive a lesser sentence.
This would still mean that Sukuna would face a lot of trouble as he could easily have his cursed technique confiscated in this fight. If that were to be the case, then the fight against him would go much easier, given that Yuji is quite strong and Higuruma can battle very well as well. With all the others joining in, taking out Sukuna would then be a possibility and something that everyone could work towards together.
The basis for this could be set in JJK chapter 245 and that is precisely why this chapter is extremely essential in the story. This chapter could either break Sukuna’s indomitable strength or give him another way to escape justice and, this time, attack with more ferocity than ever before. No matter what direction the upcoming chapter takes, fans are very excited to see how Sukuna deals with the situation.
Deadly Courtroom Battle Begins
Judging by how the previous chapter of JJK concluded, it appears that the battle inside Higuruma’s Domain Expansion is likely to continue for a while. The editor has dubbed this fight as the Battle of the Courtroom and it means that Sukuna will likely not simply sit by and let Judgeman pass the sentence. He will try to make a case for himself and try to wiggle out of this situation and, if he successfully manages to do that, he will face opposition from Yuji as well, who was a witness in the massacre and will likely be key in the Battle of the Courtroom. Sukuna could possibly be charged with the murders that he committed and for that, Yuji’s presence is absolutely important. Once that happens, fans can see a weakened version of Sukuna go up against Yuji.
Of course, all this is easier said than done and a lot of the pressure is currently on Higuruma, who is the only one who can pull this off in the favor of his own team. Higuruma is doing whatever he can to get Sukuna to be declared guilty and essentially, the fate of Japan is in his hands at the moment.
Fans hope for Sukuna’s Cursed Technique to be confiscated and if that ends up being the case, then the author could have laid down the basis for Sukuna’s eventual fall.
Sadly, fans won’t get to see this battle unfold anytime soon and this is simply because JJK chapter 245 won’t be out next week. The author is taking a break and that means fans will have to wait for two weeks before they see the battle of the courtroom comments.
