When it comes to Domain Expansion, Gojo believed that his Unlimited Void was vastly superior to Malevolent Shrine and his Limitless is surely better than the Innate Ability that Sukuna possesses. Even in hand-to-hand combat at close range, Gojo held the upper hand, as showcased in the previous chapter where Sukuna was being yanked and thrown around by Gojo's powers.
Clearly, Gojo held an advantage up until recently, however, now, things are going to be different. If Gojo is to lose this fight, he will be pushed on his back foot starting from the upcoming chapter. It is highly likely that Gojo will be pushed into a corner by Sukuna and Mahoraga together and this is where the fight could end up being decided. Gojo's clash against Sukuna has gone on for around 7 chapters now and it could potentially end in the very next one if Gege wishes it.
