SPY x FAMILY anime revealed a visual for episode 9 and it features Forgers in an “ooting” on a rainy day. The story of episode 9 will follow the exciting cliffhanger in the previous episode. The 9th episode will air today in Japan and will also be available to watch overseas on various streaming services.
Last week’s visual featured Yor’s brother, Yuri Briar (voiced by Kensho Ono), who heard about his sister’s marriage and decided to visit the Forgers.
Judging from the episode 9 preview, we will get to see the outcome of the cliffhanger but also some new exciting developments.
The anime is based on a manga by Tatsuya Endo. It started serialization in 2019 on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump + magazine platform. Studios CloveWorks and WIT Studio are animating the series, which is streaming on Crunchyroll this season. The synopsis is described as:
World peace is at stake and secret agent Twilight must undergo his most difficult mission yet—pretend to be a family man. Posing as a loving husband and father, he’ll infiltrate an elite school to get close to a high-profile politician. He has the perfect cover, except his wife’s a deadly assassin, and neither knows each other’s identity. But someone does, his adopted daughter who’s a telepath!
