The main point of discussion was the enigmatic package positioned beside her legs, sparking theories and speculations among enthusiasts after user calamity_unbound noticed a potentially gruesome detail.
Some theories floating around suggest that the package could be a severed head, possibly belonging to Wilzig (played by Michael Emerson).
