7 Best Harem Isekai Anime Like Tales Of Wedding Rings

The Isekai anime genre has become infamous for featuring stories filled with wish fulfillment. A big part of that wish fulfillment naturally comes in the form of harems. Many isekai series feature a bevy of beautiful heroines clamoring for the protagonist’s affection.

Tales of Wedding Rings is a brand-new anime series that just started airing this year. This isekai harem story features the main character Sato following his long-time crush Hime into another world. There, he obtains a special ring that draws from the power of his and Hime’s love, and he must find four more brides to realize his full power. Fans of this anime might also enjoy the following isekai harem series.

Akatsuki Osawa is one of many people who have returned to Earth after being spirited away to the fantasy world of Alayzard. He joins Babel, a special school for returnees who have obtained new powers, along with Miu, who is the daughter of the Dark Lord he defeated back in the other world. Together, the two investigate the mysteries of Babel and the student council that holds sway over the populace.

Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero is unique among isekai stories, as it involves characters who have returned to their home world after being sent to another. It features the usual isekai and harem tropes, so fans of those genres should enjoy this series.

Takuma Sakamoto was obsessed with the game Cross Reverie, but to his surprise, he found himself summoned into that world in the form of his player character, Diablo. He learns that he has been summoned by two summoners in Rem and Shera. When they attempt to make him their servant, their spells rebound, causing them to become his servants instead. Too shy to properly explain himself, Takuma instead decides to play the role of Diablo as he revels in the chance to have real adventures in his favorite video game.

How Not to Summon a Demon Lord is one of several isekai stories that take place in a virtual game rather than in another real world. The series is very comedic, so while there are occasionally moments of romance here and there, it’s not the anime’s focus.

When Hajime Nagumo is transported to another world along with the rest of his class, he receives a simple crafting ability using alchemical magic. Bullied for his weakness and his friendship with the school idol, Hajime is betrayed and left for dead in a dungeon. Surviving with nothing but ingenuity and his alchemy, Hajime makes it out of the dungeon with new allies and improved powers.

Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest is a standard isekai series in which the protagonist gains a seemingly useless power that gets better with creativity and imagination. While the series mainly focuses on Hajime’s adventures, his various romances with the many heroines he encounters are also a big part of the series.

With a social structure that sets him on a path of servitude and submission, Leon decides to use his knowledge of the game’s story to secure a good life for himself.

Trapped in a Dating Sim is another isekai that takes place in a video game world, specifically an otome game. While the main character does his best to keep himself out of love stories, he ends up collecting quite a few love interests.

Louise de la Valliere, despite being a member of the renowned Valliere family, is terrible at magic. In fact, she’s one of the worst students at the Tristain Academy of Magic. When it comes time to summon her familiar, Louise hopes to finally summon a worthy one, only to summon Saito Hiraga, a seemingly normal boy from Japan. Though Louise is humiliated, it turns out that Saito possesses far more power than either of them realize.

The Familiar of Zero is a classic isekai story that precedes most modern isekai anime by quite a few years. While it doesn’t share all the same tropes that more modern isekai stories sport, it does feature quite a sizable harem for Saito, one that grows with every season.

The Kingdom has been suffering from a number of socio-economic struggles, and has only resorted to the summoning due to pressure from the Empire. Sympathetic to their plight, Soma offers a few words of advice, which suddenly leads to the entire kingdom being handed over to him.

How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom is a rather rare isekai where, instead of gaining incredible powers, the protagonist is given political strength and weight. While the series largely involves his management of the kingdom, it also builds his relationships with several love interests.

Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar is a spin-off of the Tenchi Muyo! series, a classic harem-comedy franchise. While this series has more action and mecha elements, the harem legacy is alive and well, with plenty of female characters falling for Kenshi’s kind and friendly personality.
