The preview images for episode 8 of Arifureta: From Common Place to World’s Strongest season 2 have been released. The anime will continue on March 3, 2022, and we will see what will Hajime and Kaori do when the news of what’s happening in the capital reached them. You can check out the preview images below:

Funimation has been streaming Arifureta season 2 since January 13, 2022, and the anime currently has 7 episodes. Akira Iwanaga (Isuca) is directing the series, while studios Asread (Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory) and Mother are currently animating. The first season aired in the Summer 2019 anime season, and it had a total of 13 episodes. Two OVAs also aired in December 2019 and February 2020.

Ryo Shirakome launched the Arifureta: From Common Place to World’s Strongest web novel series on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in 2013. Overlap is publishing a light novel adaptation since June 2015, and it currently has 12 volumes available. The same publisher is also serializing a manga adaptation by RoGa on Comic Gardo magazine.
J-Novel Club licensed the series in English. The anime adaptation is entering volume 6 of the light novel series:
Hajime and his party are on the way to the Haltina Woods when they run into Heiligh’s princess, Liliana. What she reveals shocks Hajime. Aiko, the teacher that Hajime owes so much, has been kidnapped. Hajime decides to alter his plans and run to her rescue.
