The child is a niece of Vikir and the granddaughter of Hugo. Her mother was the daughter of Hugo, who was kidnapped and gave birth to her in Lokoko.

She died sadly, leaving Pomerian alone. Basically, Vikir found his precious little sister, whom Hugo treasured the most in his past life. About that, she may be the “precious” child who got him torched in his past life.

He said before that “Hugo”(the family patriarch) used to treat illegitimate children softer than any other patriarch until he lost his most precious/ loved wife and daughter.

Then, he became a cold-hearted monster and killed Vikir, who was loyal to him in his past life. Maybe one of the corpses is of her mother.
