The female lead was feeling cold in the winter last chapter and didn’t know what to do about that. The male lead, being the Gentleman he was, offered his jacket to the freezing lady, who was going pale. The female lead was warmed up by the gesture alone, but her lack of response made the male lead a little insecure.

The male lead was worried that her reason for denying the jacket was because he broke the promise. The promise of no longer smoking, which the female lead was puzzled by as she was just worried about being cold.

His persuasion made her heart rise up, and soon, she had to dash away from the place, unable to face him out of embarrassment.
