Sister Jill (シスタージル)

From story to story Sister Jill roles slightly differ, sometimes she is leader of Panther Claw and sometimes she is the head subordinate of the mysterious leader of Panther Claw.

Jill is a very selfish woman with an evident sadistic streak. Not only she doesn't mind killing her own subordinates when they disappoint her, in some series (such as Universe) she is clearly shown having fun while doing so. She's a proud and confident leader with little regard for anything but her goals. The only one she's afraid of is her older sister (sometimes mother), Panther Zora.

Honey is her sworn enemy, as Jill wants to get her hands on her Airborne Element Fixing Device; at the same time, Jill's obsession with her seems to go beyond that, as she is clearly attracted to the android (although in Tennyo Densetsu she is shocked at the possibility and remains in denial). In some media she isn't simply interested in Honey and is depicted more openly as a lesbian.

In Cutie Honey Universe, Jill poses as a police inspector named Genet to be closer to Honey and obtain information about her. She turns human beings, exclusively women, into Panther Claw mutants by stabbing their neck with a white rose, which is then dyed red with their blood.
