He was a part of the Track & Field team, along with Kurumi, who initially had a crush on him, but ended up falling in love with him.
He was bitten by a Zombie, during the outbreak. Kurumi took him to the roof of their school, where he succumbed to the bite, and turned into a Zombie, resulting in Kurumi having to kill him with her shovel.
