Kaoru Akizuki (秋月郁)

Background

The fifth and final Akizuki Kaoru to come to BPS for help. He is an inspector in the Public Safety Office who is investigating the disappearances of various highly-skilled engineers. He is estranged from his wife and has a daughter.
