Shou Hei Kun has served one of the Four Pillars of Ryo and is currently the Chancellor of the Right in the Qin court. He is a strategic genius and the Qin State "Head of Military Affairs" under King Ei Sei. He' also the headmaster of strategist academy, where he has instructed Mou Ten, Mou Ki and Karyo Ten in the military arts. He was a brilliant student under Ko Shou (a former Qin Six Great General) during his youth.
