Haruo Niijima (新島 春夫)

Niijima Haruo is a schemer and an outcast. Often depicted as an alien, with abilities to match, his main objective is world domination. While not particularly strong, he acts as an adept strategist and intelligence gatherer. As a member of the Newspaper Club, he had compiled detailed portfolios of everyone on his palm pilot.
