Glenn Arias (グレン・アリアス)

A former soldier, now a weapons merchant. He is an internationally wanted criminal. Triggered by a certain incident, he plots a bioterror attack using a new virus. Originally a calm and composed businessman in a theory group, he founded "Agua Corporation," expanding it far beyond merely producing drinking water.
