Just Twilight Chapter 9 will be the latest installment in the Romance Drama Manhwa. The story follows the life of the school topper and the unconventional friendship she formed with the school delinquent. However, her life becomes more complicated when another guy comes into her life.
Our protagonist, Yoon Jun-Young, comes from an abusive home. Her mother is in chronic pain and often lashes out at her daughter. Because of that, she tends to stay away from home most of the time.
She found refuge in an old, run-down house in the mountain behind her school. She claimed the place as her own and treated it as her private study hall. Little did she know she wasn’t the only occupant. Kwon Beom-Jin, the school delinquent, used the same house as her private crash pad.
He used to spend his time after school sleeping on the second floor. Jun-Young and Beom-Jin are aware of each other’s presence and are coexisting peacefully. They seem to have developed a good rapport with each other.
Then there is Na Seung-Woon. He transferred to Jun-Young earlier in the same year from Seoul. He used to be the school topper in his previous school but has yet to claim the same title here. Jun-Young only sees him as an opponent she has to beat or, at the very least, a casual friend.
However, the rest of the students seem to think that something is going on between them. Even Beom-Jin thought there was something. No one can blame him as we see her often staring at him.

In the last chapter, Jun-Young explained her situation at home in depth. Turns out her mother hasn’t spoken a word to her for as long as she can remember. They are more like roommates rather than mother and daughter. This is why she works so hard to be first in school.
So that she can be self-sufficient and get out of that toxic environment, to add insult to injury, she is being harassed by her math teacher. He asked her to join the math club, which she politely declined as she knew his real intention.
Since then, he has found ways to get under her skin. When he was berating her for nodding off for a little, Seung-Woon stepped in, claiming fault. He said that Jun-Young was sick after getting hit by the ball he threw the other day.
Furthermore, Beom-Jin threw a ball at full force near the teacher to demonstrate what Jun-Young supposedly went through. This startled the teacher as well as everyone in the class. The teacher asked all three of them for apology letters, which were to be submitted later the same day.
Just Twilight Chapter 9 Spoilers & Predictions
We saw Beom-Jin swatting Jun-Young’s hand away when she tried to take his letter. It was very unexpected of him as they seemed to have good chemistry up until then. We can assume that Beom-Jin was doing it to prevent rumors from spreading about them.
Their classmates already seem to think that something is going on. Beom-Jin, who usually never engages in class, has interfered twice when it involved Jun-Young. Looks like her life is slowly evolving towards a love triangle.
