The last two episodes of the previous season felt like feature-length movies and, if recent reports are to be believed, the final edition of Stranger Things will consist of many supersized episodes. Several stars from the show have shared photos from the set, making fans curious about the final season. However, a recent photo shared by co-creator Ross Duffer has made it clear that viewers would have to wait a little longer for Season 5 to arrive on their screens.
In an Instagram post, Duffer shared a photo featuring the entire cast and crew of the hit Netflix series. The photo featured all the actors from the series as well as all the crew members that made the series possible. He captioned the photo as, “Week 24. Happy halfway to the best cast and crew ever.” Although the post didn’t take much time to become viral, the photo’s caption made everyone feel upset. The filming of Season 5 has reached the halfway mark and there’s still so much to do. Several stars of the show, including Maya Hawke, have made it clear that the final season will be bigger in terms of duration. According to the actor, Hawke, who plays Robin Buckley on the show, didn’t shy away from saying that they are “basically shooting eight movies.”
