Tailed Beasts formed an extremely important part of the Naruto series, however, their importance in Boruto has dwindled quite a bit. Still, there are quite a lot of powerful characters in the series who hold the power of Tailed Beasts up their sleeve.
In Boruto, fans have seen quite a bit of the Tailed Beasts users over the years. There are also some who, despite not having these beasts, possess their chakra in one way or another. Recently, with further developments in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, fans have gotten to see many new Tailed Beast Chakra users.
8 Killer Bee
- Classification: Jinchuriki
- Tailed Beast: Gyuki
Killer Bee is the only known Jinchuriki in Boruto at this point in time. He has always been the Jinchuriki of the Eight-Tails, Gyuki, and he continues to host this beast inside of him. Killer Bee is quite powerful, and most likely, after the conclusion of the war, his strength has grown even further.
Fans will most definitely see more of him down the line in the Boruto series, thanks to his incredible Tailed Beast powers, and near-infinite reserve of chakra.
7 Himawari Uzumaki
- Classification: Unknown
- Tailed Beast: Kurama (Likely)
Himawari was recently confirmed to have the power of a Tailed Beast inside of her. Exactly which Tailed Beast she has isn’t known. It is also not known if the entire beast or just a chakra of the beast is inside her.
Naturally, fans are wondering whether Himawari has the powers of all nine Tailed Beasts, or just Kurama inside of her. Regardless, what is confirmed in the story is that she possessed limitless potential, and, when she fully masters this power, she will surpass even the likes of the Otsutsuki. This has already been confirmed in the story, and even though she isn’t on that level just yet, she will eventually reach those heights.
6 Jigen
- Classification: Otsutsuki
- Tailed Beast: Ten Tails (Chakra)
Jigen was one of the primary antagonists of the Boruto series, and he led the Kara organization. Although he did not technically have the power of the Tailed Beasts, he did, occasionally, absorb the chakra of the juvenile 10 Tails that he had sealed in his dimension.
After absorbing enough chakra from it, Jigen was even able to overpower both Naruto and Sasuke together. This Tailed Beast chakra was quite potent, because, without it, he would certainly have lost the battle against these two powerful individuals.
5 Bug’s Clone
- Classification: Shinju
- Tailed Beast: Ten Tails
Bug was recently revealed as a major villain in Boruto. He is a Shinju clone, which means that he was directly born from the 10 Tails. As such, he has the 10 Tails power inside of him.
He also has two Rinnegan, and his abilities are quite powerful. Fans know very little about him, however, what is clear is that he’s the weakest of the Shinj clones so far.
4 Matsuri
- Classification: Shinju
- Tailed Beast: Ten Tails
Matsuri is also one of the Shinjuku clones that fans got to see in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. She was created by the chakra of Moegi, which means she has access to both Earth and Water Release, and she is also capable of utilizing Wood Release.
She possessed the Rinnegan, and, at the same time, the power of the 10 Tails chakra. She is incredibly powerful and certainly one of the strongest in the entire world right now.
3 Hidari
- Classification: Shinju
- Tailed Beast: Ten Tails
Hidari is the Shinju clone created by the chakra of Sasuke Uchiha, and that in itself makes him one of the strongest individuals in the entire series.
He has access to everything that Sasuke does, and on top of that, he has access to the power of the 10 Tails chakra. He also has two Rinnegan, which makes him one of the most dangerous individuals in the entire series.
2 Jura
- Classification: Shinju
- Tailed Beast: Ten Tails
Jura was created with the chakra of an unknown individual, most likely either Kawaki or Isshiki Otsutsuki himself. Jura has the power of the Ten Tails chakra inside his body, and two Rinnegan.
His abilities remain unknown to this day, however, he was easily able to overpower Kawaki after the timeskip, which seems to imply that he is above the level of the Otsutsuki. He’s clearly one of the strongest individuals with Tailed Beast powers right inside of him.
1 Naruto Uzumaki
- Classification: Jinchuriki
- Tailed Beast: Kurama ( Host), Remaining 8 (Chakra)
Naruto Uzumaki is quite clearly the strongest Tailed Beast chakra user in the Boruto series. Right from the get-go, he had access to Kurama and the chakra of all other Tailed Beasts as well.
This power of his was so great that he could even beat Momoshiki, and of course, later down the line, use this energy to create a totally new form of energy, which resulted in him accessing the Baryon Mode. Naruto is, by far, the strongest user of Tailed Beast chakra to have ever existed.
