Over the years, fans have witnessed quite a lot of incredible transformations in One Piece, and as expected, the vast majority of them have been surrounding the Straw Hat Pirates. This isn’t a surprise to any fan, given that the Straw Hat pirates are protagonists of the series.

A Race-Based Transformation
The Sulong is a special transformation that is accessible only to the Mink tribe of the One Piece world. When there is a full moon, the Minks simply need to make eye contact with the moon, and they then gain this incredibly majestic transformation that is completely white.
They grow in terms of size, while their hair, clothes, and other animalistic features grow out as well. Their ability to use electro is heightened to quite a degree, as well as their physical attributes receive a massive boost as well. The Sulong transformation is absolutely incredible and every single Mink who is capable of controlling this form gains an incredible power boost during the full moon.

They also gain the ability of flight, and an incredibly high-speed movement that most cannot even see.
5 Lucci’s Awakened Zoan Transformation
Devil Fruit: Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard
In the Egghead Island arc of One Piece, fans got to witness quite a lot of incredible transformations and Lucci’s Awakened Zoan transformation was certainly one of them. Lucci is a user of the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard, as fans know already.
He was able to take this Devil Fruit beyond all limits and awaken it. This awakening was put on full display in the Egghead Island Arc, where he displayed an incredibly powerful form in his battle against Luffy. Later on, he utilized the transformation once again in his fight against Zoro, and it proved to be strong enough to hold the Straw Hat swordsman to a tie.
4 Yamato’s Okuchi No Makami Form
Devil Fruit: Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami
Yamato was introduced to the fans in the Wano Country arc, and has, since then, won the hearts of the fans. Of course, being the child of Kaido, Yamato was sure to be a powerful individual and this was proven in the Onigashima War. Yamato was seen accessing a unique transformation, thanks to the Devil Fruit of the Okuchi no Makami, which was a Mythical Zoan Dog Dog Fruit that Yamato consumed as a kid.
This Devil Fruit gave Yamato the ability to transform into a guardian deity wolf and its hybrid at will. Yamato also gains the powers to manipulate ice with the Devil Fruit, making it incredibly effective in combat.
3 Marco’s Phoenix Form
Devil Fruit: Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix
The former First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Marco possesses what can be considered to be the most majestic Devil Fruit transformation in One Piece. Marco is a user of the Phoenix fruit and this fruit is gorgeous, no matter which way fans look at it.
As the name implies, it allows Marco to transform into a phoenix as well as a phoenix-human hybrid at will. Marco can manifest blue flames of resurrection all over his body, which are simply too magnificent to look at. In terms of combat, Marco gains heightened physical abilities, and the power to heal from any and all injuries as long as his stamina is up.
2 Kaido’s Hybrid Form
Devil Fruit: Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu
The Yonko of the Sea, Kaido possesses one of the most powerful, and at the same time, most incredible Devil Fruits in One Piece. Using this amazing Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, Kaido can transform into an azure dragon.
He can also access a hybrid form of this devil fruit, giving him incredible power, and at the same time, a very terrifying design.
1 Saturn’s Ushi Oni Transformation

Quite easily one of the most intimidating transformations that fans have seen in One Piece comes through Saint Saturn.
Saturn revealed the power of an Ushi Oni in the Egghead Island arc. This transformation sees him obtain a body with the upper half of an ox and the lower half of a spider. This is quite a terrifying form and certainly one of One Piece’s best transformations.
