What Are The Biggest Reveals In American Horror Story Season 12 Part 2?

Highlights

  • Anna’s creepy story in AHS season 12 is captivating, with shocking reveals that keep fans on edge.
  • The eerie atmosphere and big reveals in every episode make AHS season 12 a must-watch for fans.
  • The second half of AHS season 12 sets up an intense and ominous storyline, hinting at dark events to come.

The decision to split up American Horror Story season 12 into two parts was smart, and Anna Victoria Alcott’s (Emma Roberts) creepy story has fascinated fans since the first episode premiered in September 2023. Anna is an actress who gets pregnant after struggling with her fertility and whose marriage to Dex Harding (Matt Czuchry) is less happy than it seems. While every season of the Ryan Murphy TV series has eerie, memorable reveals, episode 6 of American Horror Story: Delicate has many surprising, scary moments that up the stakes for Anna.

How Dex’s first wife Adeline died is one of the biggest questions that AHS fans have, and every episode of the season has had an eerie atmosphere that makes it must-watch TV. After watching the American Horror Story season 12 part 2 premiere, it’s clear that fans need answers by the season 12 finale.

What Are The Most Shocking Moments In The American Horror Story Season 12 Part 2 Premiere?

A lot happens in the American Horror Story season 12 part 2 premiere, and one of the biggest reveals is that

Nicolette (Michaela Jaé Rodriguez) was there after Anna’s mother’s death. The episode explains that Anna’s mother passed away from a pulmonary embolism and Nicolette was working as a nurse at the hospital. Since she has been there throughout Anna’s own pregnancy, this suggests a compelling, mysterious, and possibly dangerous connection. Like the scariest nurses in horror movies, there seems to be something more to Nicolette’s story that will hopefully be shared by the end of American Horror Story season 12.

Another big reveal is the death of Dex’s mother, Virginia Harding (Debra Monk), which is how the episode ends. Since Dex sees Virginia’s dead and very bloody body in the bathtub, he can tell that she has been murdered. Although Dex has been set up as an untrustworthy character from the beginning, this scene is important and proves that he might be in trouble, too. There are many scary villains in American Horror Story and while Dex might be one of them, it seems that Anna has to watch out for even more.

How Many Episodes Are In American Horror Story Season 12?

  • episode 1: “Multiply Thy Pain”
  • episode 2: “Rockabye”
  • episode 3: “When the Bough Breaks”
  • episode 4: “Vanishing Twin”
  • episode 5: “Preech”
  • episode 6: “Opening Night”
  • episode 7: “Ave Hestia”
  • episode 8: “Little Gold Man”
  • episode 9: “The Auteur”

A third big reveal is Hamish Moss’s (Dominic Burgess) death, which is significant since he directed the movie that Anna starred in, The Auteur. Since Hamish and Siobhan Corbyn (Kim Kardashian) were intimately involved and Siobhan seemed angry with him, she might have been the one who killed him. This is an important reveal since it proves that Anna can’t trust Siobhan and needs to be more careful about who she wants to manage her acting career. While it’s easy to sympathize about Anna’s plight, Siobhan is fascinating, dark, and tough, which makes it one of the best American Horror Story characters.

How Does The AHS Season 12 Part 2 Premiere Set Up The Rest Of The Season?

These big reveals in the American Horror Story season 12 part 2 premiere all set up an exciting and eerie second half of the season. It seems clearer than ever before that Anna won’t get to keep her baby and something horrible is going to happen. This has been in the works ever since the creepy ending of AHS season 12 part 2.

While American Horror Story season 12 is different from Danielle Valentine’s book Delicate Condition, the TV adaptation does feature some of the same characters and also the terrifying pregnancy storyline. When speaking to Entertainment Weekly about what readers could expect from Ryan Murphy’s adaptation, Valentine said:

“Film, television, onscreen adaptations — they’re their own thing. They’re their own art. I made the book and the book was exactly what I wanted it to be, and now it’s going out in the world and the readers are going to interpret it however they want it to be.”

She added that she was happy to watch the season: “It’s thrilling to be able to see how one reader is interpreting it, seeing it through their eyes. I feel really lucky I get to see that. Honestly, whatever they choose to do, I am very excited to see it.” Considering that American Horror Story is one of the most engaging thriller TV shows of the 2010s and every episode has big reveals, it’s fair to say that the rest of season 12 will be worth watching.
