Taylor Swift’s record-breaking concert tour, The Eras Tour, kicked off almost a year ago in Glendale, California. Now, the almost three-hour show is coming to Disney+, so subscribers can check it out without paying an additional fee. The Eras Tour film was previously available to rent digitally, but watching it through Disney+ next week is probably one of the most inexpensive ways. At the time of writing, you can subscribe to the lowest tier (with ads) for about $8.
What Time Does Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Come Out on Disney+?
The wait won’t be much longer for those ready to finally sit down and watch Taylor Swift perform music from all her different eras. The singer-songwriter and Disney have revealed that The Eras Tour (My Version) will premiere on the Disney+ app on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET.
The concert film is expected to be a little bit longer than the original tour film release, as it will feature Cardigan from Swift’s 2020 Folklore album, as well as four surprise acoustic songs, which fans have believed that one of them will be Maroon, which is featured on her 2022 Midnights album.
Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour was massively successful, becoming the highest-grossing concert tour of all time, but the film version also became #1 for the amount of profit earned. Even though the concert kicked off last year, Taylor is still going strong with show dates. The second leg started in February with four shows in Tokyo, and the tour will finally end in December 2024, with the last show in Vancouver, Canada.
Taylor Swift is set to release her eleventh studio album, titled The Tortured Poets Department, on April 19. The album will feature collaborations with standout artists like Post Malone and Florence and the Machine. With some tracks being exclusive to certain editions of the album, there will be about 20 brand-new tracks by Swift. There’s no confirmed producer, but the bets are high for Jack Antonoff.
