2023 was a very successful year for the anime and manga industry. Throughout the year, there were many incredible releases that earned a great deal of recognition. Many new anime were also announced that are set to be released in 2024.
However, there are still plenty of manga out there that have yet to receive an anime adaptation. They have excellent stories, a great cast of characters, and interesting powers. They deserve to have their stories turned into anime, but for now, no studio has announced that they will be giving the manga what they deserve. While there are plenty of titles without an anime, these in particular need an adaptation in 2024.

Oyasumi Punpun explores many themes, including depression, love, death, and family. Most manga do not cover these themes in detail, which is why Oyasumi Punpun is head and shoulders above the rest. Despite the acclaim, the manga has not received an anime adaptation. However, fans will be hoping that will change in 2024.

Vagabond is one of the highest-rated manga on MyAnimeList. It is considered by many to be Takehiko Inoue’s magnum opus. The story is excellent, and the artwork is simply outstanding. The series started serializing in 1998 but went on an indefinite hiatus in 2015. Since then, not a single chapter has been released, but fans still hope that it will change someday.
For now, there are no rumors about this series getting an anime adaptation, as it is hard to replicate the style of the author. If some studio does pick it up and fails to deliver, it might get a lot of backlash from the viewers. But there are so many talented people in the industry now that it is not impossible to give Vagabond an anime that it needs in 2024.

A possible adaptation in 2024 would definitely be a welcome decision.

It is understandable that undertaking such a massive task is not easy, but most fans believe that any studio can do a good job if it is dedicated to the story. With the series still as popular as ever, Berserk is a manga that should get an anime adaptation in 2024.
