Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 6 preview hints at the appearance of Itadori’s former acquaintance
In Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 6, titled “It’s Like That,” Itadori Yuji, Kugisaki Nobara, and Megumi Fushiguro make their return a day after wrapping up a mission.
According to the preview, Yuji plans to catch a movie, while Nobara leaves Ijichi and Megumi behind to indulge in some shopping. Since Megumi opts not to accompany either of them, Ijichi provides him a ride back home in his car.
Upon parting with the others and finishing her shopping, Kugisaki Nobara is set to be approached by a former acquaintance of Yuji. As evident from the preview synopsis, the girl is going to ask Nobara about Itadori as she is his acquaintance and is romantically interested in him.
This development is poised to catch Nobara off guard, prompting her swift invitation to Megumi Fushiguro to join them. Subsequently, viewers can anticipate an encounter between the girl and Itadori, which might unveil the reasons behind her fondness for Yuji. This could potentially lead to a flashback of Itadori’s life before his journey at Jujutsu Tech.
Furthermore, the preview visuals included Aoi Todo. Considering his appearance beside Mei Mei in the prior season’s finale, where he advocated for Yuji’s elevation to Grade 1, enthusiasts can anticipate a conversation between him and Mei Mei on the same topic in the forthcoming episode. Interestingly, the imagery depicts him engaged in a game of table tennis, hinting at a potential match against the Grade 1 sorcerer.
