Jujutsu Kaisen is well into its second season, and has delivered an action-packed ride of emotions where the entire world has been flipped upside down. From the early beginnings of exploring Satoru Gojo’s history and connection to the best friend he killed, Suguru Geto, and his first defeat at the hands of Toji Fushiguro.
The second half of the season kicks off the Shibuya Incident, where the combined efforts of powerful curse users and the strongest cursed spirits seek to usher in a new age of curses by taking Satoru Gojo off the board for good. The Shibuya Incident arc is filled with some of the most nail-biting fights and traumatic moments in the anime, and is only just getting started. 8 Itadori Yuji Vs. Grasshopper Curse
While making a mad dash into the Shibuya Subway to aid Satoru Gojo and the innocent people trapped below, Itadori Yuji is confronted by a peculiar curse that has been killing innocent people and protecting the seals of the curtain preventing Sorcerers from entering the Subway.

Until this point, Yuji was harboring a great deal of frustration from being unable to act faster to save more people. When he and Ko-Guy clashed in battle, it was clear that Yuji had no intent of wasting any more time. Ko-Guy’s speed and strength were tremendous, but no match for Yuji, who outpaced him at every turn and defeated him decisively.
7 Itadori Yuji & Megumi Fusihiguro Vs. Jiro
While storming the Shibuya District, Yuji and Megumi find themselves face to face with the keepers of the curtain. They become engaged in battle with Jiro, a curse user who seemingly can not be injured. Yuji and Megumi whale on Jiro, but he shrugs every blow-off as if he’s been hit by air.
As the fight goes on, Megumi begins to suspect and finds a chink in Jiro’s impenetrable armor, planning a final blow With Yuji. Once Jiro’s technique is revealed, both Yuji and Megumi turn the tables on him and completely overwhelm his abilities.
6 Mei Mei & Ui Ui Vs. Smallpox Deity
While exploring the tunnels of the Subway, Mei Mei is the first Special-grade sorcerer to encounter the seemingly living Geto. The two exchange a brief hello after not seeing each other for so long. Instead of fighting, Geto leaves a powerful cursed spirit behind to hold Mei Mei off while he makes his escape after a completed task.

Mei Mei is left to deal with a Smallpox curse that proves extremely dangerous, capable of killing a victim in three seconds. However, Mei Mei fiercely evades the curse spirits technique and, along with Ui Ui, destroys the curse with little effort.
5 Kokiji Muta Vs. Mahito
The entire Shibuya Incident is kicked off by the betrayals of Kokiji Muta in hopes of revitalizing his body, Muta is revealed to have struck a deal with Mahito and Geto in exchange for being a mole for Jujutsu High.
When the time comes to honor their agreement, Muta receives his new body. However, immediately betrays the sinister duo, which erupts into a massive fight between Mahito and Muta. This fight sets the tone for the second half of the second season, and shows just how much power Muta possessed.
4 Toji Fushiguro Vs. Dagon
Dagon first appears to take on the Special Grade sorcerers of Jujutsu High Megumi, Maki, Nanami, and Naobito. It was quickly revealed that they were beyond their depth and that no one would escape the fight unscathed, even with their combined effort. However, a wild card entered the fray and erupted through Dagon’s domain expansion: Toji Fushiguro.
Toji, being in an entirely different league, made quick work of Dagon while taking the curse’s strongest techniques. Toji massacres Dagon with ease and lifts the domain expansion.
3 Kento Nanami Vs. Haruta Shigemo
As the Shibuya Incident was gearing up for top speed, one brief encounter involved an enraged Nanami, who came across the murderer of his comrades. Haruta had been stalking the allies of Jujutsu High, and was in the middle of fighting Kugisaki when Nanami interrupted and took revenge for his fallen friends.

Haruta landed a single kick on Nanami and quickly realized how out of his depth he was. Had it not been for his cursed technique, he would have been dead in a single blow from Nanami.
2 Itadori Yuji Vs. Choso
Itadori Yuji vs. Choso is one of the most anticipated fights in the Shibuya incident arc due to its visual prowess. Fans raved about the face-off between Sakuna’s vessel and the master of blood.

While Choso clearly got the jump on Itadori, he was also much more experienced, being able to adapt to every trick and tactic Itadori threw his way. However, Itadori did not falter, and faced Chose head-on without holding back. The animation quality of this fight pleased fans all over the world.
1 Satoru Gojo Vs. Hanami And Jogo
It is very rare that fans are allowed a peak behind the curtain to witness Satoru Gojo in his prime let, when he is loose and completely overpower his opponents. However, as luck would have it, Hanami would incur Gojo’s wrath while he and Jugo would attempt to overwhelm Gojo long enough for the Seal to take effect.
Unfortunately, not both of the Cursed Spirits were able to make it out of the fight, as Gojo decided to take their aggression seriously.
