One Piece Episode 1112 brought a dramatic end to the longstanding animus between Eustass Kid and Shanks. The two red-haired characters have been hostile towards each other for quite some time now. During their initial encounter, Eustass Kid couldn’t even make it as far as Shanks. His arm was chopped off by Ben Beckman, the right-hand man of Shanks.
In the previous episode, fans saw the preview for the fight, which looked absolutely phenomenal. Subsequently, a trailer was released that was solely focused on Shanks. Both of these things were enough to draw the attention of the fans.

Old Enemies Meet Again
In the episode, Eustass Kid and his underlings were getting ready to face Shanks’s crew, but they were surrounded by Shanks’ allies, who were weaklings. This angered Kid, as he wanted to take on the Yonko and his crew. Without wasting any more time, Eustass Kid began using the Jiki Jiki no Mi to create a big cannon called Damned Punk. As he had used this attack in Wano, fans already knew that it would wipe out anything that came in its way.
Kid was getting ready to launch the attack when Shanks used Future Sight to see what was going to happen if Kid decided to let loose. The Yonko was horrified, so he decided not to dilly-dally and immediately went on the offensive.
Shanks lunged from ship to ship and let loose a Divine Departure to take out Eustass Kid and Killer. It was meant for only Kid, but Killer was caught in it as he tried to help his captain. With two of the strongest fighters out of the picture, the remaining crew members begged for mercy and offered the Road Poneglyphs in exchange for their captain’s life. Shanks took them and got off the ship. However, the misery was far from over for the Kid Pirates, as Dorry and Brogy used Hakoku Sovereignty to slice the Victoria Punk in half, sinking all the Kid Pirates in the process.

It was already confirmed that York betrayed Stella and the others because of her greed. She desired to become a Celestial Dragon and live a lavish life. So, she ordered the Seraphim to deal with all her problems. The weapons listened as they were programmed to do so.
York’s betrayal caused problems for the other satellites, the Straw Hats, CP-0, and everyone else on Egghead Island. With the Seraphim on her side, it is almost impossible to take her down. The Straw Hats will only get one chance of capturing her, and they must not waste it.
Release Date
One Piece Episode 1113 will be released on July 27, 2024, and it is titled Run, Koby! A Desperate Escape Strategy. From the looks of it, the episode will be focused on Hachinosu, the territory of Blackbeard. Koby, who was captured by Blackbeard, will play a key role in Episode 1113 as he will be putting his life on the line to help the hostages get away from the island. Koby is a noble person, who always tries to help the needy, so it is hardly surprising that he elected to do the same even when his life is in peril.

If there is one thing that fans have learned about the Yonko, is that he never does anything without a reason. So, he must have thought about something before kidnapping Koby from Amazon Lily.

In Episode 1113, fans will learn the details behind Koby’s abduction. It is likely that the Yonko wants to utilize Koby’s status as a hero to broker an agreement with the World Government. Despite just being a captain, Koby is known as a hero within the Marines, and people around the world are fond of him, making him the perfect bargaining chip. If Blackbeard’s demand is reasonable enough, it is possible that the World Government might even accept and let the Yonko have his way.
Aside from this, the episode will also show if Koby is successful in helping the people trapped on the island. It also seems that some other Marines were on the island, so there is a strong possibility that Monkey D. Garp and his underlings have already arrived on Hachinosu.
