The First Hokage of Konoha, Hashirama Senju was one of the strongest ninjas to ever live. He reached a level of strength that was respected by all and he came to be hailed as the God of Shinobi.

Very few ninjas reached his level in their lives and even fewer managed to surpass him. Hashirama was, clearly, one of the strongest to have ever lived and those who surpassed him clearly had godly levels of power in the Naruto world.
6 Obito Uchiha
Organization: Akatsuki
Obito is one of the strongest ninjas to live in the Naruto world. Although he didn’t start particularly as a bright individual, eventually, he gained enough power to be considered one of the strongest. He became the Jinchuriki of the 10 Tails in the Fourth Great Ninja War and when he achieved this power, Hashirama openly exclaimed that he was much stronger.
That said, Obito was still not all that impressive and was defeated by the collective effort of the Shinobi alliance.
5 Might Guy
Organization: Shinobi Alliance
Might Guy achieved tremendous power in the 4th Great Ninja War after he tapped into the power of the 8th Gate. In fact, he gained so much power that even Madara struggled to keep up with him to an extent.
His attacks were so powerful that Madara could not even move after being hit by them. His strongest attack, Night Guy, was so strong that half of Madara’s body was completely obliterated. Of course, he was still weaker than Madara, however, much much stronger than Hashirama.
4 Madara Uchiha
Organization: N/A
Madara Uchiha is quite clearly one of the legendary figures in the Naruto world who went on to surpass Hashirama. Although these two characters were relative in terms of strength for the longest time, it was Madara who had the last laugh after he awakened the Rinnegan, and eventually, went on to become the Jinchuriki of the 10 Tails.

Madara reached a level of strength that Hashirama could only dream of and, eventually, he was struck down by none other than Black Zetsu. However, moments before that, it was clear that he was approaching power levels close to Kaguya. Unfortunately, the full power of Madara wasn’t even seen, but whatever power he possessed in his last moments was enough to put him far above the likes of Hashirama.
3 Kakashi Hatake (DMS)
Organization: Shinobi Alliance
Kakashi was always one of the most talented ninjas, however, it was very clear, as he grew older, that he would never reach the levels of the ninjas such as Hashirama, Madara, or Minato. However, in the Fourth Great Ninja War, he reached unprecedented levels of power, although temporarily.
After gaining Six Paths Chakra from Obito, he could awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan in both his eyes. When he achieved this power, he could easily overwhelm his enemies, even the likes of Kaguya. By this time, he was far above the level of Hashirama.
2 Sasuke Uchiha
Organization: Shinobi Alliance, Taka, Akatsuki
Sasuke Uchiha is clearly one of the strongest to live in the Naruto world and he is one of the two strongest ninjas right now. He is much stronger than Hashirama, when compared directly. With Six Paths Chakra, Sasuke is on a completely different level. He could fight back against the likes of Six Paths Madara and even Kaguya.
And, what’s even crazier is that he achieved all this before he could even gain a full grasp over his powers. By adulthood, Sasuke had learned to control his powers much better and reached new levels of power. His Six Paths Power, swordplay, and control over his Rinnegan make him an exceptional ninja far above the likes of Hashirama.
1 Naruto Uzumaki
Organization: Shinobi Alliance
Naruto Uzumaki is the strongest ninja to have ever lived. Just like Sasuke, he reached unprecedented levels of power in the Fourth Great Ninja War. Naruto became the perfect Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails but he also received Chakra from all other Tailed Beasts. He also received Six Paths Chakra from the Sage of Six Paths and this put him on an entirely different level.
By adulthood, he gained even further power and was far, far above the level of Hashirama. Naruto reached an even higher level in the fight against Isshiki when he tapped into the power of Baryon Mode. Of course, this required the sacrifice of Kurama, however, his power reached godly levels that have not been matched by any other ninja or Otsutsuki, other than Shibai.
