Disney Plus has seen a lot of success since its launch at the tail end of 2019, in no small part due to Disney’s strong IP collection. Preeminent of these is Marvel, whose Marvel Cinematic Universe has seen some of the highest highs in recent memory, and is now in a bit of a rest period. While the franchise has seen Echo and is set to debut Agatha All Along on the streaming end, Deadpool & Wolverine is Marvel’s only planned 2024 theatrical release.

All that’s required to enter is registering on the website using the email account associated with your Disney+ account and making yourself available if you win. With two tickets up for grabs, there’s an even better chance that any given fan of the MCU ends up making it to the premiere.
This promotion is a great thing for the streaming platform, as it gets to leverage one of the most exciting projects well ahead of its actual streaming debut. Deadpool & Wolverine has been talked up by everyone involved, and as such there’s a lot of fan anticipation. As the film’s premiere inches closer, there have been some fears that the self-aware humor might have gotten old ahead of Deadpool & Wolverine, but that remains to be seen. This third entry also has the added advantage of bringing some new things to the table, including access to new characters and the air of legitimacy that comes with being tied to the mainline MCU. It would also be nearsighted to count out the impact that Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine will have on the public attitude towards the film. Jackman’s rendition has been exceedingly well received, breaking past the confines of the franchise it originated in.
