Aoi Hana was initially digitally published in English as Sweet Blue Flowers by Digital Manga Publishing under Digital Manga Guild imprint on April 2, 2014. Only the first volume was released. VIZ Media picked up the license and has been rereleasing the series in 2-in-1 omnibuses under the VIZ Signature imprint since September 19, 2017. It has also been published in Spanish as Flores Azules by Milky Way Ediciones since October 2015.
