The King of Curses is named Ryomen Sukuna. Even the mention of his name is enough to make some cursed spirits shudder and alert all jujutsu sorcerers. He made his debut as one of Jujutsu Kaisen's main villains after Yuji Itadori ingested one of his cursed fingers.
The fact that these fingers still exist is a testament to his strength because the sorcerers who fought him were unable to even destroy his remains because of the infinite amount of cursed energy he contained. Sukuna is one of the most evil characters in the Jujutsu Kaisen universe, although he has made some interesting remarks during the course of the series.

"He Alone Is The Honored One"
"Throughout heaven and earth, he alone is the honored one."
Sukuna understood the power of the jujutsu sorcerer in a way that was similar to one of Satoru's lines from later comic arcs. Along with Yuta Okkotsu, Satoru is one of the series' most powerful characters. It is a true tribute to Satoru's prowess if the blindfolded sorcerer's abilities cause Sukuna to become uneasy.
"You Jujutsu Sorcerers Are A Pain"
"No matter what era it is, you jujutsu sorcerers are a pain."
The sorcerer defeated the King of Curses within the time limit after Satoru instructed Yuji to give Sukuna possession of his body for ten seconds. He tried to ambush Satoru, but Sukuna's quick reflexes caught him off surprise. Sukuna instantly understood he was no match for the best sorcerer in the world, despite having just ten seconds to do so.
"To Help Lots Of People, Was It?"
"To help lots of people, was it? Brat! Lots of people are going to die because of you."
Yuji felt terrible and insecure after the first battle with Mahito. Sukuna took advantage of the chance to enter Yuji's head and exploit his impressionable mind by mocking him for his flaws. His comments were an overt criticism of Yuji's conviction for being a sorcerer because he had sworn to aid others and permit them to pass away honorably.
"Put More Curse Behind It"
"More! More! Put some more curse behind it!"
Sukuna attempted to drain him of more and more of Megumi's power throughout their struggle. As soon as the battle began, Sukuna's force quickly overpowered Megumi. The King of Curses continued to mock him and act in a patronizing manner despite this.
"I'll Show You What Real Jujutsu Is"
"I'll show you what real jujutsu is."
During his fight against the special grade curse in the detention center, Sukuna mocked its weakness. Then Sukuna further provoked it by asking if it was expecting praise. With one last remark, Sukuna activated his Domain Expansion: Malevolent Shrine, stunning the other special grade with the sheer difference in their power.
"Any Hierarchy Other Than Strength Is Boring"
"A system that isn't based purely on strength is boring if you ask me. When I make this kid's body mine, you'll be the first one I kill."
Sukuna made fun of the special grade curse's frailty while combating it in the correctional facility. Sukuna continued to rile it by inquiring as to if it anticipated accolades. Sukuna made one final remark before turning on his Domain Expansion: Malevolent Shrine, which completely outpowered the other special grade.
"It'll Be A Massacre!"
"Where are the people?! The women?! What a wonderful age this is! Women and children are spawning like maggots! Marvelous! It'll be a massacre!"
Sukuna was eager to take in his surroundings after rising for the first time in centuries inside Yuji's body. He began by observing the physical effects of having a vessel. Sukuna delighted in the chaos and destruction he may cause as he gazed out over the city and watched the people walking by.
"You Dare Touch My Soul?"
"You dare touch my soul?" *pause* "Since we shared a laugh at the brat's expense, I'll only allow it once. There won't be a second time."
Sukuna has put Mahito in his place a few times during Jujutsu Kaisen. One time occurred when the patchwork curse tried to use his Idle Transfiguration on Yuji. He inadvertently got his hands on Sukuna's soul by touching Yuji, instantly angering the King of Curses.
"You Are Strong."
"Stand proud. You are strong."
One of Sukuna's nicest actions in the series was to acknowledge the skills of another cursed spirit. The King of Curses demonstrated his ability to recognize others' strengths by quickly defeating it. Sukuna killed Jogo after conceding that he had never intended to give up and proceeded on with what had become a rampage through Shibuya.
"Know Your Place"
"Know your place, you fool."
After Sukuna warned him not to touch his soul again, Mahito did just that. Even though he didn't intend to, when Yuji broke into his Domain Expansion, he inadvertently touched Sukuna's soul again. This time, Sukuna was far less forgiving and slashed Mahito across the chest, purposefully damaging the patchwork curse's soul. Mahito fled the scene afterward, running away like a frightened animal with its tail between its legs.
