After having just finished university, Kei was stuck inside a lift while he was supposed to deliver some packages. And suddenly, a random blue screen appears in his vision with a monster.
However, Kei was surprised as he could recognize the game. He used to play the dungeon apocalypse game Dream Side, which suddenly turned into reality. Nonetheless, Kei was indeed a pro when he used to play that game.
After he was somehow transferred inside the game, he replayed the game from the beginning, however, as he used to be the 1 number player. He managed to go through even the most difficult levels and tutorials the game had to offer. He continued to play the game as he used to, like an advanced player, but only this time, everything was turned into reality.

In chapter 39, we see Kei and his companions on a Ferris wheel, discussing the place they are in, which is not a dungeon. Seems like Kei and his companions had been misled in finding their destination, and now they are at an unknown place that looks like an amusement park.
Kei points out the reason that since coming here, he has not received any dungeon entry message; thus, they became confused about their whereabouts.
However, Kei noticed Gorong’s drooling, which could only mean that a dungeon was nearby. But he became confused as the scent was coming from all directions. However, before putting in a useless effort to search, they decided to try a new approach, as Kei told Choi Hana to stage a performance.
When they were first searching, Kei noticed some strange currents, but when he decided to approach them, they disappeared. So, this time, they would draw the currents towards them.
Amid the concert, Kei activated his ‘Dragon Eye’ and noticed some mascots that he had seen earlier. Thus, he decided to inform his team and prepare for a battle.
However, in the middle of the battle, the scenario suddenly changed, and they got a message saying, “Welcome to Lote World…. Nightime… operations…shall commence,” and every audience present there disappeared. The field suddenly filled with too many monsters who were trying to attack them.
