The Revolutionary Army is an incredibly powerful organization that exists in the world of One Piece. Initially, when this group was established by none other than Dragon, it was called the Freedom Fighters. With time, several powerful members joined it and became its pillars, which then led to the creation of this army.

The Revolutionary Army has grown significantly in terms of power over the years. As such, they have established several incredible commanders, all of whom have made a great name of their own in the world.

9 Ginny

• Position: Former East Army Commander
• Devil Fruit: N/A
• Haki: Unknown

Ginny was one of the first few members of the Revolutionary Army. She was also one of the first commanders that were established in the group, along with Kuma and Ivankov. Ginny was the East Army Commander of the group and she held this position for quite a while.

Unfortunately, she ended up being kidnapped by the celestial dragons and made to marry one of them. Ginny was released 2 years later after she contracted a life-threatening illness and ended up dying.

8 Lindbergh

• Position: South Army Commander
• Devil Fruit: N/A
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki

Lindbergh is the South Army Commander of the Revolutionary Army and he was only introduced in One Piece after the events of the Whole Cake Island arc.

Lindbergh is a cat Mink, which means he’s quite powerful and can also use Electro. He is also a user of two Haki types, both of which are commanded by him at a decent level. He is strong but certainly not the strongest member of the Revolutionary Army.

7 Morley

• Position: West Army Commander
• Devil Fruit: Oshi Oshi no Mi
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki

Another incredibly powerful member of the Revolutionary Army, Morley is the West Army Commander. For the longest time, he was imprisoned in Impel Down and he ended up creating level 5.5 there.

Morley possesses two types of Haki and, at the same time, he also has the power of a Paramecia type Devil Fruit called the Oshi Oshi no Mi. Using this Devil Fruit, Morley can take the ground around him and bend however he likes, giving it properties of malleability, just like clay. He was able to fight against Admiral Ryokugyu momentarily during the attack on Marijoa.

6 Belo Betty

• Devil Fruit: Kobu Kobu no Mi
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki

Belo Betty replaced Ginny as the East Army Commander and currently, she’s one of the strongest members of the group. She has a bounty of 457 million berries on her head, which is the highest among all the Commanders of the group. She has the power of two types of Haki and Kobu Kobu no Mi, which is her biggest strength.

Using her powers, she can awaken the latent abilities of people and boost their morale, allowing them to fight to a much greater degree. She can theoretically also use this power on herself and boost her own strength, however, this remains unconfirmed for now.

5 Karasu

• Position: North Army Commander
• Devil Fruit: Susu Susu no Mi
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki

Karasu is the North Army Commander of the Revolutionary Army and he is certainly extremely powerful. With a bounty of 400 million berries on his head, it is no wonder that Karasu is feared all over the world. His biggest strength is certainly his logia type Devil Fruit, the Susu Susu no Mi.

This Devil Fruit allows him to transform into soot, create soot structures as well as produce it infinitely at will. This power also gives him intangibility. At the same time, this Devil Fruit allowed him to fight against Fujitora during the attack on Marijoa. Clearly, he’s among the strongest fighters in the group.

4 Ivankov

• Position: G Army Commander
• Devil Fruit: Horu Horu no Mi
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki (Unconfirmed But Highly Likely)

Ivankov is the Commander of the G Army of the Revolutionary Army and he is certainly one of the most important figures in the group. Essentially, he is the right-hand man of Dragon, given that he was the first member to join his group. Ivankov possesses the powers of the Horu Horu no Mi, and using this ability, he can control hormones and create them at will, making him a hormone human.

While he isn’t confirmed to have Haki just yet, it goes without saying that he possesses two types of this skill, given that lower ranking Commanders have access to them as well.

3 Kuma

• Position: Unknown Commander
• Devil Fruit: Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki (Unconfirmed But Highly Likely)

Kuma is also one of the Commanders of the Revolutionary Army, however, his exact position is unknown at this point in time. He is an extremely powerful fighter and his biggest strength is the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi. Using this Devil Fruit, he can blast away people to different places in the world within an instant. He can also make contact with intangible things, such as feelings, emotions, damage, or even memories.

Kuma can also reflect things at varying speeds, going up to the speed of light and that certainly makes this a very impressive Devil Fruit. He also likely possesses two types of Haki, however, this remains unconfirmed just yet, but it is something that fans should expect from him.

2 Sabo

• Position: Chief of Staff
• Devil Fruit: Mera Mera no Mi
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki

Sabo is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and certainly an incredibly powerful fighter. He possesses incredible control over two Haki types, and he can use Ryusoken, which is a unique fighting style that he likely inherited from Dragon.

He is also a user of the Logia type Mera Mera no Mi, which gives him the ability to transform into, create, as well as manipulate flames at well. Sabo is worthy of fighting against an Admiral and that just goes to show how powerful he is.

1 Dragon

• Devil Fruit: Unnamed Devil Fruit
• Haki: Armament Haki, Observation Haki, Conqueror’s Haki

Dragon is the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army and certainly the strongest of the lot. Fans do not know much about his powers, however, looking at the level of his underlings, one can only come to the conclusion that Dragon is around the level of the Yonko. He is likely a user of all three types of Haki, given both his father as well as his son can command all three with great control.

At the same time, Dragon also possesses a Devil Fruit, however, the name or the proper ability of this fruit has not been confirmed just yet. That said, Dragon has been seen controlling weather and summoning lightning bolts, along with a power that he calls the winds of fate. Fans will likely see more of his abilities later down the line in One Piece.
